Order never arrived so cancelled order as we were informed the order hadn’t processed. No refund made and now no response to any correspondence. Basically it’s a scam site.

Never order directly from Uggs site, they have ridiculous customer care, no help if package gets lost or get stuck with the carrier.
Hate that I ordered and my $100 are stuck for nothing.

I am pretty disgusted. I purchased one pair of the Miwo High Sierra Trainer and received two pairs!
I have been billed for both.
It is strange because the first attempted purchased didn't go through according to the UGGS Online Website. (And no email confirmation that the purchase was successful. I tried again and the second attempt to purchase was succesful according to UGGS Website and an email confirmation was received. I now had the job of returning one of the pairs and have to wait 6 weeks for a refund!!
It may be a ruse by the company to con customers into buying twice by mistake.

I have made an order online for some shoes, the size did not fit me and I wanted to make the returns. Firstly, I was surprised that I have to pay for the returns myself and secondly, they give you one price without even asking where am I returning the item from and just give a fixed cost which seems pretty high and no other options are available.

The company tortures and skins their sheep the shoes are nothing more than a label statement, however this label should be an embarrasment rather than something to flaunt. Their cruelty exceeds morality.

Got a pair of pink baby ugg boots as a gìft from a friend . My 13 months old baby only wore it for 2-3 times and the sole already lifting away. Contacted customer service but they said they need proof of purchase, which my friend didnt keep. Money wasted . Avoid!!!

Worst customer service. I have been scammed for $200 buying from them. The package was never delivered and they told me to contact ups and file a claim but ups was no help they said package was delivered even though it wasn’t and I never got my money back. Never again I will never order from them again

The worst experience with a retailer. I have a return that was sent on 3/3 and we are getting the run around on where the return is after a month. We were told they contacted the carrier and raised a ticket. I personally called the carrier and no ticket was raised. They've been telling us for 2 weeks that they contacted the warehouse and are still waiting for a response. Last week, we were told the return was in the warehouse and a label was being created. When I asked about that, they didn't respond to that comment. They are a bunch of liars and don't care about customer service.

Really irresponsible company.
I ordered UGG shoes from ugg.com online store. After eight weeks of normal use, the seam behind the shoe was torn. I filed a claim with the company. First, they said I had misused my shoes: ” qualityteam have decided that the defect on your shoes is not due to a manufacturer fault but to the pull tab being pulled too strongly”. How can wear shoes without using tap😳😠
Later they said I had worn shoes in the rain (and it is not true) and because of that the material was brittle.
The reasons why they rejected my claim were ridiculous and completely unfounded. The reality is that the quality of the shoes was really poor and the worst thing is that UGG refuses to be responsible for its own products.
I will never do anything with the company or its products again.
I paid an expensive sum from nothing.
Product quality and company responsibility do not deserve any stars.

I have been trying to get my money back for a double charge all day long DO NOT BUY FROM THE OFFICAL SITE they will double charge and then play stupid. The customer service line is of NO HELP. Called my bank and said the double charge would fall off 4 days from now! 🤬 I don’t even have the shoes yet and I need my money now.

I purchased a pair of ugg earmuffs at the beginning of this year and they sent me the wrong colour. In email they said it’s just the lighting making it look different which was so ridiculous I had to send back more photos pointing out how it’s clearly the different colour option and to that they said I can ship the wrong product back to them at my own cost and fill out an exchange request form as if I chose the wrong colour myself. They also don’t reply to emails you have to follow up and usually the response is generic.

I don’t know what it is but I recently got rid of ugg classic boots that I had since 2018 but didn’t wear too much it’s just that they ripped along the seem on one boot, but I still wore them. They were size 9 and so thick & warm and truly high quality; purchased at Nordstrom back then. So to replace them, I bought a new pair of the exact boots, but I accidentally purchased a size 10. When they arrived I thought they would be too big but they actually fit just like my old size 9 ones which was strange. As I wore them I noticed they were so light on my feet and not as thick or furry like I remember my old ones to be. They are much thinner and the sizing is different. Also, the bottoms have no grip so I slip on ice outside, but not with my old ones. My old ones were so much better quality all around. Did the quality change? I want the same quality as my old ones. It’s to the point I was thinking the new ones are fake. The quality has truly gone down. I don’t like the new ones. Has anyone else noticed this?

If I could give 0 starts I would. It’s not because of the boots. I love the boots. It’s be for their costumer service, if you need to return an item and their on line system is not working, can’t find my order for some reason. Then, you are stuck for ever. It’s literally impossible to solve on line. The system will lead you to an infinitive loop. I’ve been trying for weeks to reach someone on the phone!! Hours waiting, never a call back. Never a text. Live chat??? Forget it!! They are never there even on what they announce their business hours…

do not buy online it's a scam! It's incredible that if you buy on the website they do not care about the shipping experience. After two months I still have no received my parcel. I reported the issue to the customer care, they simply answer that it's not their fault and that I've to complain with the australian post ...

I have been a faithful customer of for over 20 years. I purchased some uggs this year and they are s***. These are not the same product! They used to make but they sure as hell charge the same amount. I will never purchase another pair of ugg boots in my life. They lost a faithful customer. I would not recommend you purchase this product.

Would be a 0. Purchased a pair of boots from the store in Auckland central. After less than a year of use a green thread appeared inside the boot, this pulled and the inner edge peeled off leaving exposed glue digging into the back of me heel. Due to Covid-19 and stores being closed we tried to contact via both email and phone over many months with no response. Fast forward months and we are finally in Auckland and able to return to the store where originally purchased for and they say there is nothing they can do to help us as it’s past warranty and that we should have contacted them earlier using their online services as the store was closed. Exterior of the boot is in great condition, no outside seams are undone and there is still wool fluffed up inside ( manufacturing issue not wear and tear). Would not recommend spending money on these, you could get better for $15 at Kmart.

The worst company ever! Totally unbelievable! I spent 450 on Ugg boots and slippers! They arrived on 12/2/2021 FedEx (bad to) scanned the package delivered! Since I work at home and can see my front door from my desk, went straight to the door.No package no carrier! I called UGG just didn’t care! They refused to refund my credit care o send more items! Based on FEDEX’s delivery lie!

This has turned into the WORST company in the history of online shopping - NO customer service contact and they dont respond to email. Chat doesn't work even in so-called office hours. The clothes are garbage, not at all like in the photos. I got the bell-sleeve velvet sweatshit and it's nothing like the image, I could have picked up same at 21 for $20 instead of paying 4x. They scam you into 'rewards' so beware of that
