been waiting for a couple of months and my orders backorder date keeps being pushed off. very disgusted and disappointed with how this company is being run

I do not care how many US judges in US courts say that UGG belongs to the US now they will always be Australian.
It's like saying that you can trademark the word T-shirt or even undies.
They will always be called UGG BOOTS by Aussie's and there is nothing you can do to stop us.

I purchased ugg boots from golden grove store worth $130 they ripped the 3rd time I put them on. I went to exchange and the lady was so rude and wouldn't let me exchange or refund I asked to speak to manager and she put her on the phone she refused to exchange or refund and when I said I will take the matter further she just said you do that! The same women owns the ugg shop at Harbour Town. I think they are fakes as should not rip that way and they do not honour refund sign on the counter.

Terrible customer service at the UGG store Harbour town in Adelaide. A casual employee said the shoes were $60 but ended up being $120. When asked about this to the owner, turned into a big argument and was incredible unprofessional. Made rude and snide comments under her breath. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED.

Can I rate a "0"? I was given a coupon for Uggs ($200), bought a pair that did not fit, and they did not credit me for this purchase. I tried multiple times to contact customer service (they only "respond" to text/chat, not email), but was ignored in each chat that I initiated. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered....

I received these as a gift in March of 2020. I really wanted them and loved the style. Couldn’t really wear them because they are wool lined and I live in the south. I wore them a half dozen times between late December 2020 and January 2021. The seams on both heals came apart so I tried to return to Amazon. Amazon said I had to work with the mfg. contacted UGGS and received a return authorization. Had to pay return shipping which due to USPS issues was ups at a cost of $30. Had been following up and UGG couldn’t find my boots. Finally sent proof of delivery. They found the return and said a credit was pending. Today I came home and the shoes were back at my house with a letter saying it was beyond the 12 month warranty period. March to January is not 12 months. But I was told by UGG that if they give another RA, I will need to pay shipping again and that they will likely be declined again. UGGS are owned by Deckers. It is not the same company and/or quality. These boots were $180 and lasted 9 months. The ugg boots I got 26 years ago are fine. Quality is only a word at this company. I wouldn’t recommend buyi ng UGGs or any product managed by Deckers. If you want to buy shoes that don’t last and the company doesn’t stand behind, knock yourself out. I am never going to buy a product from them again.

Does not even deserve a 1 I bought black Ugghs they faded and look terrible only wore a few times bought them at the end of the winter. Bought kit to take care of them never wore in wet weather all they can tell me Is to buy dye..Will never buy Ugghs again.Will put online so other people won't waste there money..

I made purchase on line everything went well until I received the following:
"Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately, when reviewing your UGG® order N34.......,
we were unable to fulfill it due to problems with the payment or billing information provided.
We recommend confirming that the information you've provided is the exact information on file with your bank.
Once you have made this confirmation we recommend replacing the order online or give us a call at 1-888-432-8530
and we'll be happy to assist you with placing a new order."

I intermediately called Amex to inquire about the issue. Amex informed me that the payment was made to the merchant without any problems. Amex suggested I call the merchant, I did.
The person I talked to, was helpful, however, the agent informed me that UGG refussed payment because of fraud, or perhaps some of my information was wrong. As I reviewed the information I provided, there was nothing wrong with it. I have an email from UGG, with my personal info, as confirmation of the order placed.
My problem is with UGG's poor excuse, Amex made the payment and there was nothing wrong with my personal information.
The purchase originated in Toronto, the shipping address ended in Saskatoon, the recipient was expectant, because it was a birthday present.
UGG's poor service, and lack of willingness to work out a solution is appalling. The suggestion was
"try again and hope that the second time you will be lucky." Really? UGG relays on luck to sale?
I will will never again buy anything from UGG, and I will share this less than poor service in my community, both in Saskatoon and in Toronto

Købte et par ugg classic mini fluff gennem Boozt så levering og kundeservice var uden anmærkninger, men selve støvlen var umulig at få på uden en skotunge fordi hullet var så lille og stift. Fatter vitterligt ikke hvordan andre kan bruge de støvler.. Måtte returnere.
Farven på støvlerne var også forskellige.

The speed of delivery in the UK looked very impressive. I've placed a standard order without paying extra, but they delivered it the next day anyway. The quality of the boots was great as always.

I bought two pair of black ugh boots for me and my daughter for Christmas. Horrible decisions! The boots are already looking ashy and faded. I spent close to a thousand dollars at Ugg. I will never purchase them again!

Purchased for my daughter Christmas the numel boots on 23 Nov 2020. Did not receive until 28 December 2020. Called numerous times and customer service would not let me talk to their supervisor to show my concern about my money spent. Long story short my daughter Christmas gift was late even tho i ordered almost a month before Christmas and no kind of apology from ugg. Sad lost a customer here

I ordered Christmas gifts online nov 29/20. Received an email that it was shipped out nov 30. On dec 24 I called them as the tracking number had not been updated. I was told that they will look into it. I received an email dec 29 that the items are no longer available and will be refunding the $. I will never order from ugg again. They should have updated in nov that the items are not available. I had told the person that the gift was for that it was being delayed by the mail but now I have nothing to give them.

My daughter bought me Ugg winter boots a few years ago. They look ok and decent build quality but that's all they are. They are the worst winter boots I've owned. I own winter shoes that keep my feet much warmer that these useless Uggs. I'd have to wear super thick thermal socks to make these tolerable below 0c. Walking for more than 10 mins my feet are feeling the cold. Overpriced and for me will never buy or recommend Uggs Buy Merrell, Baffin which actually are made to keep feet warm in the coldest temps

Ordered a package early in December. When I ordered, I was told that it would only around 2 weeks to ship out. Although this was a long wait, I decided to wait it out. Fast forward a week after the supposed ship date, I call customer service and they tell me that it just came in stock and it will ship out that day or the next. I wait 3 days, and still no shipping email, and I call again. Once again, they tell me it will ship out in the next couple days. I still get not shipping confirmation, so I call once again. This time i'm told I wont receive my order until MARCH?!? That's 3 months after the date I was told I would receive the order. If the item ran out of stock, it would have been nice to tell me that instead of wasting my time. Now its too late for me to even buy anything else. Will never be purchasing off of the Uggs website again.

Absolutely horrible service during holiday season. Ordered 3 weeks ago and order has yet to ship. Told me it would be 5-7 business days for them to review problem and get back to me. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and will not have the gifts. Also won’t refund me for another 10 days so that i can buy something else

Terrible customer service take days to reply if not weeks. Took money off me a week before Christmas as said was in stock then they canceld the order and told me I will have the money back in 10 days. Not acceptable at all. They don’t care about there customers. I hope people stop using this company as you should not be treated like it. They ruined one Christmas present now as I haven’t got money to get another so that’s really upset me. What a joke ugg is

I’m very disappointed that my parcel was lost and never got to me.
I got my refund without explanation, but this isn’t the answer.
After going back and forth with text msg I was told that I needed to contact the shipping company myself to find out.
Just unbelievable!!!!!!Definitely need training and development and major customer service training.
Because of this order I missed all the Black Fridays sales and ciber Monday.

I will not recommend anyone to order from this site.

This is the most horrendous customer service.
In time like this people should not be aggravated or upset.
