Customer service are liars!!!! I ordered boots for my nieces early December they returned them to the store. And I never received my refund. I call every week and they make up some excuse or lie about when it’s coming.

My ugg boots that I purchased for 150$ had its color fall off like nothing. there was some snow stains so with a paper towel i tapped it and the color came off completely. They're very comfortable but i believe uggs are a sham! for 150$ those boots lasted me about 4-6 wears. i though this would be a good investment but i was wrong. not worth it unless u dont mind painting your boots with dye every time u want to clean them or dab them.

Ugg warranty policy starts from purchase not from the date received and my product did not hold up. (slippers)
The Customer care Rep never followed up and When I called again after a chat that went nowhere the new rep accused me of cursing her which never happened. I am very disappointed in Ugg and will continue to write reviews of this nature.
Don't shop a product that doesn't hold up or have a good Customer care team.

Bought a pair of Uggs in store and sent them back for a return online l, rather than dealing with going back to the store but did not know that I would only be credited back my money. Was told that the Ugg online and the Ugg store are two different things!!! Ridiculous is an understatement!!!! Terrible customer service when I called!

Ugg’s customer service did me so right. I had an order get sent to the wrong address (I live in an apartment complex and typed in the wrong room number). 100% my fault. And I called to try and track them, accepting the fact that they may be gone forever. The customer service rep I talked to on the phone helped me out and told me to email them about it. A month later they sent me another pair!! I’m over the moon. UGG if you’re listening, you saved me!! If you want user @tonysgoomar (95k followers lol) on tiktok to give you a free promotional ad, give me a call <3

Fluff bald under foot… after a month of usage.

I live abroad. I ordered several items and chose expatiated shipping while I was in the USA. Items supposed to be delivered on Friday. But they didn’t ship them one day before my departure date. I chatted and made sure the items would return to seller since there’s no way for me to ship them back.
I left the country but when I checked my email I see delivery notice. I then chatted with them again and they said they only returned the gift items that comes with purchase not thr actual items. I wont be back to the country for a year and i cannot ship it back.

Purchased rain boots and recently opened box to find bubbles embedded in the boots. Clearly a defect...Customer service states beyond one year manufactured warranty period will do nothing to resolve. Do not purchase Ugg boots as they do not stand behind their products beyond the one year no matter the issue. It's clear at the cost of their products they are all about making money and not a quality product.

I placed my order two weeks ago and still my order had not shipped. So it says 7-10 days and then I got an email saying it will take 14 days and still no movement on my shoes. They email and said sorry and we can give a voucher. But I won’t shop for uggs again they gave me a horrible experience.

The WORSE customer service EVER!!! Ive been waiting for my refund for over a month now! Ive called a few times! Do NOT buy from uggs. Got to Nordstrom or somewhere else. This is a trap to have you forget about your refund and keep your money. Never ever again! I love the boots but never from them again!

I placed an order 12/13/22 with no problem and my credit card was accepted. The item was back ordered. I signed in to the website and was given expedited shipping for free.
Another email said my shoes would ship 12/20/22. I received another 12/21/22 that said they were attempting to ship but payment would not go through my credit card and there must be something wrong on my end. There is nothing wrong with my credit card. I have been using same all season with a multitude of companies and have had no problems.
Called customer service and all they did was apologize. I would have to place order again and would receive it between1/9/23 and 1/20/23. Then they would not honor expedited shipping because I could not prove it. My order clearly stated free shipping. After wasting over an hour with customer service I cancelled the order for good.
Very surprised that such a big company has such horrible customer service. Never again.

I ordered a pair of ugg boots before thanksgiving. They arrived and I wore them less than 5xs before the left foot inner sole was coming out and I almost broke my ankle. This is unbelievable. I can no longer where them because they literally are dangerous. How the hell do you guys send over a messed up pair of Uggs. I am so disappointed. I can not even exchange them either because they no longer have them on the website anddddd they are basically going for 500$ on stock X. I want to fight someone. I truly do. This is NOT fair. I call customer service and they told me to bring it to a shoe repair store like how the hell is that fair? I dropped almost 400$ on them? Why the hell will. I go to shoe repair store to fix that clearly it was manufactured wrong! I can’t believe this!!. 400$ down the drain…

I’am so shocked at how bad the quality of uggs boots are at the moment. I don’t think they will last one winter the uppers are so thin literally primark quality and the price keeps going up. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging people so much for that poor quality of a shoe.

I faced a £72 customs duties bill to receive my boots in the UK, having already paid £72 in shipping. I feel they should be more transparent with this as they must be aware of potential duties costs, rather than hiding behind their T&Cs small print. Turned out to be very expensive and they weren't interested in helping, just send a promotion code for a future order - as if!

Oct 1st i placed an order for over $500, UPS claimed my package was delivered. On the 6th. Never received my package uggs is refusing to refund my money after the 15 days of investigation. Horrible customer service.

I was on here ordering boots for my niece and I noticed even the pink sparkly boots with ruffles are labeled unisex. They don’t have boys and girls anymore- they’ve gone woke. It’s sad, if corporations want to relate to normal people maybe they should address inflation, the recession we are in, unaffordable gas, a deteriorating work climate etc instead of pronouns lol

Ugg's besteld voor mijn zoontje. Nooit geen reactie gehad, voordat zij leveren is mijn zoontje er al uit gegroeid. Geen reactie via mail, geen reactie via telefoon. Altijd in gesprek.

The customer service is awful the lady was screaming at me because i asked for a refund please don't order from them and when asked to speak with supervisor she was talking over me she was very rude i wasn't able to speak to supervisor the lady i spoke to name was Bri very nasty .

I bought a pair of beautiful leather sandals (Wainscott) last year from Uggs. The description said the leather was vegetable tannned. I was very happy with them. Now I am into my second summer with them. The brown color is peeling off. This does not happen to vegetable tanned leather because the dye soaks into the leather. The color was just painted on.
