I returned 3 items. Of the 3, 1 was a return/exchange for a new item. After not hearing from them, I contacted customer service. It was only then that they confirmed a refund would be pending. When asked why a refund for the item I wanted to exchange they had no response. Why there was zero communication...no response. How unimaginable to have customer service without emphasis on service. Do better.

No refund of £300! I returned part of my order a month ago, and according to the tracking information, it has been delivered.
So far, I have not received any refund. It’s £300! I have emailed multiple times, but UGG does not respond to my messages.
I will never shop here again. Be cautious if you decide to return anything to this company.

I want to bring to your attention that I ordered two pairs of boots to be shipped to the UK and was charged tax at the point of sale. However, I have now been asked to pay £69 in customs fees in the UK. The customer services have been next to useless. It's disappointing that the company does not stand behind their brand.

Purchased boots online through Ugg express. Was emailed to say they were no longer in stock. I was offered a refund or another item in stock. I chose a different pair from the website and emailed this option through. I was asked what the item number was - how would I know that? So I sent the web page from their website of the item. Was then emailed back to say they were sorry my item didn’t fit - I had never received an item. I asked for an immediate refund as one had been offered. The next email back said they were referring it to a supervisor. This has to be a scam. No boots and no refund to date.

Ordered Long zipped chestnut boots which arrived promptly. First problem was that they were sand colour. Second problem, the zip caught on the wool lining. There is substantial leather flap, as with the 'other' Ugg boots. I accept the second problem is due to very poor design. This company denied sending me Sand boots despite my submitted photo evidence (see attached UGG USA on left, UGG AUS on right). They stated clearly in email to me that they never sell sand. Email correspondence was drawn out because they took ages to reply. I cannot exchange the boots because they refuse to accept a colour problem.I am not willing to return them, because, having paid delivery charges, I would have to pay the same again for the return, and also have a 35% admin charge deducted from the refund. This is daylight robbery. This is one company I will never do busines with again. They are not trustworthy, and customer service and quality control are both shoddy

UGG should concentrate on producing shoes for their weather, in Australia. They produce shoes for Canada, advertising that they keep the feet warm until -30 or -40°C but your feet start freezing as soon as the weather hits +3°C.
Buy from a Canadian company that knows how to keep your feet warm

The poorest quality I have bought in 20 years of purchasing uggs. The so called sheep lining is 100 percent worse than ever and price has gone up. Thieves. It's not even yellow inside. It's white cheap junk. Not fluffy. Junk

The worst company I’ve ever worked for. I’ve never been so insulted or treated like a slave in my life. Incentives were lied about and never given. Customer service works their butts off for little pay and no reward. Management threatened us on the daily. Such a joke.

They never shipped my parcel. It took three weeks for them to notice and when I complained the customer service offered me no explanation and took too long to process my refund. My daughter never got her birthday present6 and UGGS customer service did nothing to help.

Really poor quality sine the company has been bought out and is no longer made in Australia.

Disappointed ☹️ they used to be great

I purchased a pair of Uggs online on the Official site. Never received them or my money. I called Customer Service about the issue and I'm still getting the run around a month later. I have lost all confidence in Uggs as a product and I will make sure I tell all my associates not to purchase anything for Uggs and I have a lot of associates that like Uggs products.

Absolutely terrible customer service - I paid for a gift box because their expensive robes come in a plastic bag, they charged me for gift wrap and never included it in a package. When I asked for it to be sent to me separately, CS rep said - there is no way we can do this....unreal! They charge for shipping too!

I would give UGGs a No star. I wore my new Uggs 3 times amd barely walked in them and one of the boots has a rip at the back. I think it's because of the cheap material when I pulled them on. The lady at the store basically said too bad your stuck with them and that UGGs material is easy to rip.

I’ve been buying Uggs for around 12 years and always found them of good quality, However, the last 2 pairs I have purchased, a pair of their moccasin slippers and short boot, the quality is vastly reduced.
The thickness of the sole on the slippers is about a third thinner and the density of the fluff is far reduced. It used to have a sponge like buoyancy to it whereas now it flattens after a few wears. I still have my old slippers to compare the new ones too and am very dissatisfied with the changes.
The reason people pay the high price for the real Uggs is because the replicas failed to achieve the same thickness and longevity in the plushness of the shearling.
Without that there is no need to pay the hefty price tag.

Too many UGG reviews report the same issue – poorly made product, which UGG refuses to stand behind past their one-year warranty.

Bottom line – don't buy UGGs.

This is not a company that cares about keeping a 25-year customer.

They didn't care about me, and WHEN (not if) your very expensive boots fall apart, they won't care about you either, even if it's their fault.

What happened?

December 2020 I persuaded my husband it was a great idea to spend $400 on two pairs of UGGs.

He said spending so much on fuzzy boots seemed insane.

But I reassured him "I've been buying UGGS for 25- years, they will last a decade or more!"

Nope. UGG is not the same company. The quality is in the toilet. So is their customer service.

2.5 years later a large hole has appeared in my boots. The suede upper and sole of have come apart.

Look closely and it's obviously a manufacturing defect. We live in Coastal Southern CA, so they don't get much wear except inside during the mild winters. My husband has worn his much more than mine, and his are fine.

Here is how UGG treats loyal customers now: –

1) You get a ONE YEAR warranty. If a serious "manufacturing defect" appears AFTER one year, you are SOL. Even though it's obviously a defect. UGG simply does not care, because the defect appeared after one year.

2) UGG has a repair program where you can pay EIGHTY BUCKS to have them repaired! I asked for this repair service free as a courtesy to a long-time customer. UGG supervisor refused me, and stopped replying to my emails.

Lots of other companies now make really good UGG alternatives. Give them your business instead.

UPDATE – the response here from UGG doesn't even make sense. I never contacted Amazon asking them to replace the boots. I only contacted UGG, and they refused.

I recently purchased a pair of UGG for my daughter 2023 school year. It rang up to $118.00. A few days later, it showed up that it was billed twice for the boots!! It's gonna take 15 days to refund my money, but ya took 30 seconds to take my money?!! This will definitely be the last time I'm dealing with this Dick head Decker company! IDC about your 20% off the next order damit!

Worst customer service ever received. Purchased online in may. Too big so returned them straight away. They received them in June to process for refund. Still waiting and it’s august. If you only get 30 days to return them then why do they get so long to keep your money instead of refunding.

Worst customer service. No help at all. My order was on backorder for 4 months and when I called to check on it they said it would be an extra month on Backorder then the next day when i checked on it the order was cancelled. No reason was given. Then the said I have to start from the beginning. F this useless company!!!!

I ordered Bailey Bow Ugg boots on 1/9/23 and received them on 1/12/23 and returned them because they are missing Fur, I did the exchange/return and received another pair on 1/16/23, the same issue. So I returned them that same day and told them I want the full return of my money back. They were delivered to them on 1/20/23. I've called customer service several times and they tell me the same thing, that they've processed it but the money has yet to hit my account and now we're in March. It's been almost 2 months. They should really get in trouble for this. I will never order from UGG online again.

I bought the slippers last December thinking they would last, I was wrong! The slippers are wearing very badly & the fur is coming off. It’s very difficult to contact Uggs & so far I have been unable to return the defective slipper. I will not buy from the Ugg site again, they are not worth the price
