I’d give 0 stars if I could. While I love their shoes, their customer service line is awful. I needed to cancel an order I had just placed within 2 mins. I looked at their instructions on how to cancel. Their website says you can cancel within 30 mins of placing an order, and to go into your order details and hit “cancel order” button. There was no “cancel button” I searched everywhere. So I text their txt customer service line. I said I needed to cancel but there wasn’t a cancel button. I have my order number. He said the window had expired and I could no longer cancel. This was only 8 mins after placing order. I told him the website said I had 30 mins to cancel and it had been 8 mins. He replied that the website is wrong and there is not set time frame and my order had already finished processing so he couldn’t cancel. I went back into my order and refreshed it. Says “processing” does not say “processed” I screenshot and sent to him and asked if their was someone else I could speak with or a phone number I could call. He replied no one would be able to help me. Did not give me a number. I asked again for a number. 10 mins go by no response. I text again asking for a number to call. No response. Literally ignored me. It’s been over 30 mins since I received a response from the guy on text so I’m assuming he will not be answering back and is refusing to give me a number to call. I searched up and called the number listed on the website and a woman named Doreen was very friendly and able to help me. However, the text customer service was really unacceptable especially for a company as prominent as UGG.

I ordered the wrong size ugg boots they arrived with no invoice or returns label x after several emails being ignored I gave up. Terrible customer service x will never order again

Worst company ever!!! I spent £180 on a bag that never turned up and they won’t give me my money back!!! Absolute scammers. They should be closed down. Avoid at all costs !!

Bought slippers for xmas present supposed to be size5 but my frien who is a size 3 couldn't even get them on , customer services are rubbish I have been trying for weeks to send them back and I have had no reply, absolutely disgusting customer service will not be buying from them again

Oh my god. Don't ever purchase from them!!! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. They sent me the wrong item (while my original ordered item sold out). No apologies or any attempt to resolve (gave me a 10% off my next order, as if I'll ever shop from them again). They did nothing about it, I returned it and have been fighting for my refund for about a month. They keep telling me to wait more business days and call back. Horrible customer service. I've never had experiences this from any online retailer.

, you will be sent damaged, soiled goods AFTER a long long wait and after you’ve paid a hefty customs charge for shoes the wrong size that arnt even sheepskin! Not Ugg shoes. Then you wont get any reply from the company. Cannot understand how they are allowed to operate stil. Contact your credit card issuer as they will get your money back for you

If there was a zero button I would press that. I have returned the incorrect item back at a cost of £35 and had it tracked.
They received and signed for it on 2/1/2025 and still I have had no reply or refund offered. Shocking service. Do not use

Bought a pair of boots for my daughter and was horrified when they came poor quality poor packaging and have sent them back with all the proof of purchase and return instructions and they are ignoring me iv sent numerous emails and texts nothing please be advised they are a scam and should be shut down immediately please someone help shut them down

Ordered slippers and shoes for Black Friday- said it would be delivered on 13th dec… Got nothing. Don’t order! It’s a fake website! And they make out it’s real but it’s not.

Ordered the boots on 3rd December still waiting. No reply to my numerous emails. No Christmas present. No tracking update? Terrible company to deal with. They have my money and I want a refund for goods I never received. Nothing but annoyance and waste of my time!

Oh how I wished I had used Trustpilot before I purchased these boots, now I know UGG Orginals are scam and a fraudulent site. Goods arrived not in the usual pristine UGG box and certainly not true to size. Returned the boots, tracked and signed for. No reply, dispute proof of receipt of return being emailed to them and numerous other emails requesting an update on my refund. Have reported as a fraud and scam to the bank. Do not use UGG Originals ..scammers.

How is this site still allowed to be up and running?

Regardless of whether I try to visit UGG Canada, USA, UK or Australia or any page within those sites I am met with a blank screen with the words "406 Not Acceptable." The only email address I could find in Google descriptions was for UK so I emailed. I explained the situation, stated I wasn't from the UK but that it was the only contact info. I could find and asked for my email to be forwarded to the appropriate dept. or country (Canada) to inform them of what was going on. They did respond and were very polite but rather than providing me with the appropriate email address or forwarding the email on my behalf they simply said there was nothing they could do. I don't have issue with any other site so it's obviously an issue with UGG but since I didn't receive any constructive assistance I guess I won't be shopping with UGG.

Offer international shipping but took a week before it even left their warehouse - so that’s Christmas missed !

Do not reply to emails so I left comments on their Tik tok and they blocked me HAHAHA couldn’t believe it quality is utter shite and had to pay £70 customs charge. To top it all off the uggs came scrunched up in a bag not even a box even though they advertise on their tik tok lovely presentation if I lived in aus I’d be strait to their head quarters because they block your number too joke of a company I have proof of everything I have said also.

They have a 1-year warranty on the shoes until you get THEIR original ugg cleaning kit that doesn't work

I love Ugg boots but the latest pair are hard to put on as they are made in a strange way with a Band of sticking across the bottom of the leg. I was told they would stretch but so far, 2 months down the path, they have not! Design issue and they are comfortable once on but you need to be a weightlifter to get them on! Tried to talk to someone but no one seems to care!

My daughter purchased a pair of UGGs from the UGG Originals AU website on November 28th. I canceled the purchase immediately and emailed their customer service.
In the meantime, I noticed the order had not been fulfilled, so I submitted a refund request through their website. However, two days later, I have not received any response, and it appears the order has now been shipped.
After reading all the reviews, this will probably be a wild chase but I will continue to contact their customer service and in the meantime contacted fair trading org. in Australia.

Please do not order off the company. These boots are not Ugg boots and poorly quality. Tried to contact and no response. Paid through PayPal and thought I would have protection owing to the poor quality. Had to pay £31.50 postage 2 weeks ago and no refund to date.
