If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this website! Wished I looked before ordering. They are based in Australia not the UK for starters. I never received my purchases and after getting a refund through my bank after opening up a fraud case, they now want to charge me the money again saying I had my delivery!!!! absolute scam! DO NOT ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE NOT UGGS.

I would have gave No stars but cant write the review...Worst experience of my life. Stay well clear..Sent back Uggs cost me £33 to send back tracked by Royal mail they got to there destination in early Feb..Still havnt recieved my refund. Emailed constantly no reply from them nothing shockingly bad customer service...They just ignore you. Now Im contacting Paypal see if I can get my money back from this very bad company..Will never order from these people again..Im starting to think if its genuine! My advice steer clear!!!

Ok in all fairness Ugg finally got back to me. This was after many emails, I did get a refund but because of shipping and tax I was out of pocket £33 thats what it cost me to send Uggs back and they took out £15 got £65 back, boots were £79 plus £33 to send back total £112 just glad to get something back..

Do not buy from this company , I purchased boots for my daughter for her bday when they came there was two left feet , I done a return it said it’s best to send tracked it cost me £30 yo return the two left feet and they have not answered my emails , messages phone calls nothing . Please inform the office of fair trading at ( NSW fair trading , PO Box 972 , Parrametta 2124

I feel embarrassed to have been caught out as website and reviews so genuine but it has cost me £16 in phone calls and £28 in return post to try to get a different size after boots didn’t fit. No responses and no refund and no new boots after 6 weeks. It is my daughters pocket money that makes me sooooo cross and I will expose them criminally as they cannot steal

The 88% are not lying. I ordered a pair of (what looked like) CHARCOAL BLUE PREMIUM CHELSEA BOOTS. They took forever to arrive to the point I was constantly tracking them and emailing them, it was the most infuriating experience I've had ordering online. When they finally arrived, my jaw dropped at the blatant differences in the boots I was expecting vs what I received. They were black, with a very cheap and weird cream kind of fur ( I actually don't know what the FCUK it was) lining. The material loop on the back doesn't say UGG, I actually don't know what it says stitched on that loop. The foam base was scuffed like they were preused. There was a weird sticker on the bottom that wasn't even english 😳
And I could tell just by looking that they weren't even going to fit me! They are so ridiculously tight I can barely put my ankle down!! I contacted them with my grievances and they took forever again to respond, then simply told me I should return them. No apologies, nothing and refused to refund me first. If you don't trust me to return after a refund, I definitely don't trust you to refund after a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED‼️

I ordered a pair of slippers it became very confusing. I had read the terrible reviews on here and decided to cancel my order. I wrote and told them and heard nothing. After 2:days I contacted PayPal and started a case. Then today I was notified I got a refund. This company does not deal honestly. It looks very professional but it's a sophisticated scam. Today I got a scam text saying my slippers were on the way from Royal Mail. That was a scam.

Dear UGG Customer Service,

I am writing to follow up on my recent exchange request for a different size of sneakers. I initially contacted UGG on January 24th and received a QR code for the exchange, which I promptly used to send the sneakers back via UPS on the same day. However, upon calling UGG on February 6th to inquire about the status of my exchange, I was informed that the sneakers were received.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delay and lack of communication regarding my exchange. Despite being told that I would receive an email initiating the exchange process, I have yet to receive any such correspondence, even three days later.

While I appreciate the assistance of the customer service representative I spoke with, I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of this situation and the length of time it is taking to resolve.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that ensures I receive the correct size sneakers in a timely manner.

Ordered boots in December, now in February, have not received anything, and after numerous e mails no response at all. This company is a scam ultimately. Do not use them !!!!

Dreadful company to deal with, returned items 3 months ago still waiting for refund. Give them a miss refund never received. Ignorant company never reply

I am absolutely disgusted with UGG’s horrible product quality and sham warranty. I paid around $350 for these boots, expecting durability and reliability, but in less than a year, they started falling apart!

Since I don’t have the receipt, UGG calculated the warranty from the manufacturing date instead of when I actually purchased the boots. This is completely unfair because I barely used them before they started falling apart! Their so-called “warranty” is useless if they refuse to stand behind their products.

When I contacted UGG customer service, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They made excuses instead of offering a solution. For $350, I expected much better quality and service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on UGG! Their boots are overpriced, poorly made, and not built to last. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. BUY FROM A BRAND THAT ACTUALLY HONORS ITS WARRANTY!

Sent me the wrong size! Can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out, online returns expects me to cover the cost of return when they’ve SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT USELESS

An update to my previous review. Finally got refund on around 26th Jan after numerous emails and complaints but they have stopped £30.00 ! should have received £200 but instead £169.90. These goods were never received only at UK customs who returned them without me knowing. Absolutely awful company. Customer service non existent and do not like refunding. Go to UK company and pay the extra as it’s worth it not to have the aggravation.

Customer service is horrible!! I order boots and realized the website was not the original. Right away I sent an email to cancel my order. They waited for a few days to reply to tell me. they told me because of the time it was too late. Smh!! I had problems with my delivery and sent an email. Guess what? They was quick to reply to me!! I knew they did it on purpose. These boots are not the original!! I order rain boots and they suck!! But in their return policy they state a store credit or full refund. From what they did to me, I knew I was going to get screwed with store credit. So I kept them. Please please dont waste your money. The boots slip on ice compared to my original ugh boots.

I ordered the Tasman slippers from the Canadian website on November 30th for an Xmas gift. Even though it was a backorder, they estimated they should have them sent by Dec 25th. Weeks after my order I hadn't received any updates so I spoke to customer service who told me I should receive them by first week of January latest. Fast forward to January 23rd, I still haven't received any updates. So i check my order status only to find out they canceled my order. When I asked customer service why they didn't notify me, they told me it was because there was an issue with the system and it wasn't sending out emails to customers around that time...LOL. I would have had more respect for them if they actually were truthful and owned up to the fact that they just failed to notify me, just as there was no communication from them prior to the order cancelation. Anyways they said the item won't be available until potentially May now so I ended up cancelling my order. Horrible customer experience!

They have sent a faulty pair of boots (£ 120 including postage) with right sole without fur.
To return it to them the cost from UK is £40.
Not fair to pay for their fault.
They have done it purposely, I am sure.
Hopefully I can get my money back from the bank.

Ok, I ordered the wrong size and freaked out after I researched the company and was worried the boots would A) never come and B) be a ripoff and poor quality. I quickly ordered the correct size and both boots did arrive although it took a while. I didn’t bother trying to return based on customer feedback and I did successfully resell for what I paid for them. I must say though they are beautiful and very well made. I worried my daughter wouldn’t like them because they are not “real” Uggs, but it turns out. These actually are “real” Uggs and made in Australia from a small store. Quaility and price 5*. They need better return policy and customer service. I would order again knowing I can’t return and knowing it takes a while.
