Tabitha was very helpful throughout. She managed the difficult task of suggesting care homed, which might meet my husbands needs. Unfortunately, one I visited did not offer what I had asked for. Tabitha phoned to ask if I was settled, which I was.

Great organization, friendly, understanding and extremely helpful. Took some details and sourced appropriate nursing care home in super quick time. Kept supporting until care was found. I was struggling to find appropriate care on my own.It was very stressful on a tight time line, I contacted 12 nursing homes without success.I can't praise them highly enough.

I rang Trustedcare for information on restbite for my Mum while my Dad was in hospital, we needed care asap. Tabitha asked some questions and was friendly, understood our needs and quick to send information on all nearby care homes who could accommodate my Mum and her needs. We had a viewing and assessment the next day and the following day my Mum was in the care home. Tabitha has been in touch to catch up with us and I thank her for all of her help, understanding and great service for helping us.

I really cant thank you guys enough. Its made it so easy to find a place for respite care for my dad. I told you guys what we was after and i was given 3 options within a day. Went and viewed the closest place to us and its perfect. I dodnt have to spend hours ringing around places amd getting dead ends.. I was at a crossroads not knowing which care homes were suitable for respite care for my partner who suffers from lewybody dementia. This was the first time I so urgently needed a break from my caring role as I have been in a caring position for around six years, without a break. I just needed somewhere that was suitable for him where he would be safe, had caring staff , staff that were compassionate, homes that had good reviews, good QCC results ,catered for his needs and in the area where we currently live due to relatives and friends making visits without causing to much disruption. Once in touch with Tabitha who works for the brokerage team at Trusted care I was promptly sent information on suitable care homes that suited our needs and expectations. Having this information I was able to reserve a room in a care home that I knew would be very suitable. This help took a lot of stress and anxiety away from me which has already been a troubling time.
