I needed somebody to help because I was…really struggling to find somewhere.
I needed somebody to help because I was finding so hard to find a nursing home who could take mum in.
I was running out of ideas as to who to contact. You have been an immense help to me. Our first choice at the time was Sherrington where mum had been before in June. But yesterday they had no beds available. However, this morning they rang to say they would have a bed from Thursday morning.

Received the link from my daughter in Dubai! spoke to Leigh-Anne at length explaining it was for respite but slightly complex. She put us in touch with several homes but Stonham Grove stood out by a mile and that is where dad is now convalesing to get better before going home. Thank you Leigh-Anne

Looked for respite care and within…
Looked for respite care and within hours they had found several homes we booked into one the next day for my mother in law for 4 weeks. Excellent service can't fault it they even give follow up calls to check if you found anything suitable

Very helpful agent.
The agent at TrustedCare was very helpful and put me in contact with the care home I eventually chose for my mother. He arranged a meeting at the home for me and checked afterwards that everything was ok. My only criticism would be that the range of local care homes was limited and that the email he sent me did not contain the details of the meeting.

Fantastic Service helped me find short term respite care for my Mum
My Mum needed short term respite care to help her recover from a prolonged time in hospital and it wasn’t clear which homes offered this.
I contacted Leigh-Anne at Trusted care and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She took all my requirements and details and within 30 minutes I received phone calls from several homes who had availability for my Mum. We visited the homes and found a perfect room and lovely staff at Broom end care home in Stansted.
Without the help from Leigh-Anne at trusted care I wouldn’t have known where to begin and it saved a lot of time and trouble trying to work out where would be suitable. A fantastic service that I highly recommend.

Be careful !! This site is only listing the homes that are paying. There are hundreds of nursing homes and care home providing highest quality of care and are not paying this website, therefore, not listed here. You could get trapped paying high cost for worst care. There are hundreds of homes that are not listed here.

You are correct that we are a commercial organisation operating a digital directory which care providers subscribe to be a part of. The commercial model we operate allows us to provide a free help and advice service to care seekers, and support them in finding the right placements from amongst our partners, AND the wider care provider community. If we do not have suitable partners within a geographical area who are able or have the capacity to support the care seeker we are working with, we will contact services to whom we have no commercial relationship to ensure the care seeker is supported in their search.
Our 600 plus 5 start reviews are testament to the hard work of the Care Liaison team in finding the right service.
You are right to point out that there are thousands of registered care providers (we don't have them all listed but we are working on it!); full details of all care providers can be found on the respective regulators websites which are the Care Quality Commission for England, The Care Inspectorate for Scotland, and Care Inspectorate Wales.
