Excellent service provided to source an emergency respite place for an adult under 65 years old. Prompt in responding and follow up calls too to check on our progress in obtaining a place, calling us even on a Saturday. Very impressed with the help given to source respite. Care home was really good too.

We needed 24 hour care for our uncle urgently and we live quite far away, so we had no local knowledge of the care homes in the area . The situation became more crucial over a weekend - not always the best time to gain information . Trusted care assessed our needs for our uncles care, made us aware of where there was availability and sent details of two places promptly for us to call. This resulted in a visit, a follow up assessment and after 3 days we had settled our uncle into the right setting

My mum was referred on the Sunday, got a list of possible places for emergency respite care on Monday and was then rung by a care home. Visited in the afternoon, assessment for my mum on the Tuesday and she was in by the Wednesday afternoon.

All the worry and concern was taken away from me within 3 days. I was so grateful and relieved.

My Aunt had very specific needs which her current home was unable to support her with and I was struggling to find a way of getting a list of homes that could meet her needs within a reasonable distance of my home. Trusted Care were actually recommended by a home that I contacted that couldn't support her needs and once I had explained what was required they sent me a list of homes. I would not have found the home that my Aunt has now moved to without Trusted Care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for support finding a suitable Care or Nursing home.

This team helped me through the most difficult period of my life! They were responsive and called when they said they would. My 91 year old father in law, diagnosed with vascular dementia and alziema was becoming increasingly difficult to cope with despite his two sons taking it in turns to look after his needs. Both sons were showing signs of stress and were prescribed with anti depressants. On calling trusted care I was handled with compassion and efficiency. Within one hour, three care homes offering respite care had been located. I was contacted on the same day by the manager of one of them and swiftly a visit for myself and husband was arranged. Another care home also contacted me a short while later. Within one week, an assessment was carried out and arrangements made for my father in law to spend a week in respite with a view to make the stay more permanent at a later date. I can't thank Leigh-anne enough for her amazing work ethics, listening and communication skills. All families need Trusted Care at some point in their lives.
