Very helpful in finding a suitable care home for my wife. Support and help continued throughout the search for a home until completion of the task.

Provided a very good option of local care homes with some details and we selected some to visit. Chose one and have arranged care. Would have given 5 Stars but they also gave my details to all the homes and I had a C lot of phone calls.

Very quick efficient Service

As a full time carer, trying to find a suitable care home, prices, availability can be overwhelming. I was put in touch with Trusted care a few years ago and they have taken the stress out of finding somewhere for mum. I've used them a few times now when the place I have used in the past has no availability and would highly recommend!

Very helpful. Looking for a care home for my 25 year old disabled daughter as her current home is closing down very soon due to bankruptcy.
Trustedcare have been very helpful in trying to find alternative accommodation although as yet our daughter is still without a home. Not the fault of Trusted Care. There are literally no suitable places within a 30 mile radius of our home for young disabled adults.

At a stressful time Trusted Care provided some suitable and available matches that met the requirements for the care required by my father. Each home was in touch to explain the process and offer their support. Trusted Care were in touch regularly to check in on progress until he had been placed.

Leigh-anne was very responsive and kept in touch regularly checking that I had all the information I needed.

They asked a lot of questions to establish the kind of csre my father needed and found us 2 in the area we mentioned.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Ruby who rang me regularly to see how we got on.
Ruby made me an appointment for a few days later after agreeing on a place. So Altogether dad was in within 6 days...its a lovely place too. I would recommend Trustedcare to help with finding the right care home for your loved ones.
