This was my first experience of this company, I found the staff to be extremely professional and asked all appropriate questions needed for the enquiry. The recommendation was great but sadly I was too far away for the care and hours required. I would however have no hesitation is using Trusted Care again. Thank You.

I contacted Trusted Care in order to ask for help finding a nursing home that would be able to take my sister, who was palliative but unfortunately on a medical ward in hospital. As there were no beds at the time at the local hospice, we wanted to find a nursing home to provide end of life care.
Leigh-Anne was so kind, helpful and sympathetic, immediately understanding how desperate we were to ensure my sister was in an appropriate place and that we had very little time to find somewhere. Within 20 mins she had sent me details of the places with a bed available.

I was sourcing respite care placement for my service user, it was difficult to find a care home who could offer respite care as most of care homes were offering permanent placement. Trusted Care stepped in and it didn't take time for them to find respite care for my service user. I would definitely recommend Trusted Care to my colleagues when sourcing any type of placement.

I cannot say enough good things about the service provided. Exploring the care sector as a novice is a minefield in, what is, already a very stressful time. Trusted Care takes the load off and helps support the journey to finding suitable care. They ask all the right questions and gain an understanding of the person needing care, in order to find the correct placement. Rubygrace was a superstar from start to finish! Great service, quick responses, lots of information, good feedback. One slight reservation was that information provided was too generic and did not zero in on the specific requirements I’d provided, particularly in relation to cost.

Trusted care were easy to deal with and quickly sent out the various details to various nursing / residential homes. This resulted in contact from a few options shortly afterwards.

I was initially overwhelmed at the prospect of finding a local caring and competent nursing home for my mum which accepted local authority funding. TrustedCare quickly sent me a list of nursing homes in my area which could provide the complex nursing and dementia care mum required. Within a week, she was moved to her new home.
