Quick and easy solution to a slight problem
I had a problem with an item and when I raised it, I got an immediate response, even though it was a weekend. Adlin went out of his way to solve it and with that, Trouva gets back its rating of 5 stars that I've given it in the past. Many thanks!

Scam!! Avoid at all costs.
Returned an item, provided proof of return and I still have not received my refund. It has been over a month. I have reached out to the seller and Trouva customer service and they have completely ignored me. I no longer have the goods and I’m out of pocket of a £100. Complete scam. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Dear Sameer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We understand that our policies and systems may not align perfectly with everyone's expectations, but it's crucial to note that all our boutiques are small independent businesses at the moment. Nevertheless, as we continue to grow, we are committed to exploring and implementing new services in the future to enhance our customers' satisfaction.
I'm sorry to hear that you say you didn't receive any communication regarding your return. We did provide detailed instructions, including our terms and conditions, in previous emails, specifying the return window. Regrettably, as stated in our return instructions, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost items. You can find our Returns policy and further information through this link: https://www.trouva.com/pages/returns.
Due to the elapsed returns window, we had to cancel your return. However, we genuinely value you as a customer and hope you'll reconsider shopping with us in the future. Should you require any assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help and ensure a more satisfactory experience for you.
Once again, we apologize for any disappointment caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us strive for better services.
Best wishes,
Carol

Hi there,
hope you are doing well.
Thank you for taking the time to write to us, we really appreciate that feedback.
We are very sorry that your order was shipped incorrectly. We truly apologise for the mix-up with the boutique, after looking into this, it seems like it was an honest hiccup on their side. As our boutiques are getting busier both online and in-store accidents sometimes happen and this is an oversight we certainly wish could have been avoided. I can see my colleague is now in contact with the shop to ship you asap your replacement.
We are working very hard to ensure we provide the best experience for everyone. We hope you give us another chance to provide you with a more positive experience in the future as we have hundreds of boutiques that have wonderfully beautiful pieces you would enjoy.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this situation might have caused you. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Best wishes,
Carol
Fantastic experience

Informative CS, good deals, nice website
Managed to snag a pair of shoes been after for a while, found at very good price on Trouvo. After order, emails kept me informed without overloading inbox. CS did contact to inform of small issue and item arrived within a couple of days, well packed and as expected.

Trouva is my “go to “ place for everything.
After a futile search for some silver Birkenstocks in my size I finally tried Trouva and amazingly they had them in stock! I will try them first next time I want something. Delivery was super fast and I was given updates at each stage from the time I ordered them.

Great range of products and great service
I have found lots of really delightful products on Trouva, I think they do a great job of curating shops & products to keep everything interesting and high quality. Unlike some Etsy shops which are clearly just reselling very cheap, mass-manufactured things. It's also nice to feel like you are supporting a real, independent business. Shipping can be a bit pricey if you end up buying from multiple places, but I've had a really good experience with all my purchases so far.
