Very helpful service. Quick to respond to any queries. Made my booking easy to manage. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience was fantastic because of Eric, he did his best to accommodate me with my booking. This was my second time booking with him and I will continue to book with him, whenever or wherever I am going.

Grace was fantastic, very patient and professional. She gave us the best fare for Vegas. I have told her i will book with her again. Thank you

Big thank you to Shane, everything went smoothy. All paperwork completed and ticket issued on time. I was a little worried at the start because I always book directly with the airlines but having someone to support me with the stop and layover was very helpful. thanks guys

Chris was extremely courteous and helpful

Joe provided an excellent, friendly service. Thankyou very much.

I cancelled my booking as they took twice the amount of money they should off …they did agree in an email and when I spoke to them that they would give me a full refund in 3weeks chased them again as no money in my bank account. They said another week … still no money in my account …
Have tried calling and sending emails but they will not respond to me . It is now 11 weeks and still no money
Do not believe anything they tell you as they are just after your money… keep well away from them

joe thanks for booking my flights exile

The main thing for me was being able to talk to a person on the phone when I was having trouble booking with the British Airways website. I found the number by googling "Phone number for British Airways" so was a bit disconcerted when I found I was talking with a travel agent. however it was great to speak with Sofia in person and to be given a number to call her back on direct which she always answered herself.

Very happy with grace very happful
