My experience with Travel Unravel has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I am unhappy with the way the company has handled customer concerns and financial matters.

The biggest issue is the lack of proper communication, the way customer concerns are handled, and the frustration caused when trying to book flights this is a scam company and also not based in Uk please do not book any flights hotels with them they will rob your money they all are big scammers
My main concerns are:

Poor customer service: Customer concerns should be treated seriously which they will not also I faced Stress and harassment concerns: The way the situation has been handled has caused me considerable stress. I believe customers should be treated with respect, not pressured or made to feel uncomfortable.
Lack of transparency: Loss of trust: This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to do their research, read reviews carefully, and make sure they understand

Be alert it’s a big scam company who took your money and runs do not trust anyone in this company Travel Unravel holidays they do not have any office in Uk they based in India and scamming money from the people

Flight to canada for my son was easy with the help of Eric.
All the guidelines with my son travelling on his own for the first time was straight forward.

Shane has been extremely helpful in organising the quite complicated travel arrangements for my wife and a friend to go to Cairo for a long weekend. He got us a good price for both the flight and hotel booking as well as helping with their visas, and he has been calm and efficient throughout. I will be using TravelUnravel again!

My partner and i booked a trip to the Caribbean. We also booked a hire car, the car was not in the make that was agreed.
The car was broken, the staring was constantly bearing to the left when trying to drive.
We returned the car after a day, we contacted Travel unravel and informed them, that the car was unusable.
When the car was returned i again informed Travel unravel, and requested a refund as the hire had cost over£900.00
Travel unravel has given one excuse after another, resulting in no refund, the final excuse is that the company aboard does not give refunds.
I an very disappointed about this, and will not be using this travel agent again.

Scammers. Will say anything over the phone but will not deliver. Resorting to the courts to get refund.

A polite mans gave me a good price and he was pleasantly persistent ,thankyou ,I will be onto him again for our future flights

Roger dealt with our booking for our 2026 flights from start to finish so we always spoke with him and were not passed around to anyone else. Roger has always been very polite, patient, friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much bother and I found this an absolutely brilliant service. So much so that we have booked our 2027 flights through him. It is so much nicer to deal with one person and not a robot. Personal service from a lovely lovely personable gentleman. For me the individual named kane was absolutely brilliant very helpful and made everything simple for me its now my 2nd time using them for my travel and kane went a step further after I booked my holiday and flight kane simplified it after a few weeks he called and had found me a more direct route and explained that as im traveling with kids this would be better he organised the new direct flight and transfers im very happy with the service he has provided fully recommend using them.

Eric managed to get me a better deal than I could have through my BA Captain’s “Family & Friends”account saving circa £1,000 pounds on 2 return flights LHR -SYD in Business Class.

I'm happy with the customer service. The guy who helped me book my flight, Kane, was very helpful, and I'm happy with the costmer service.
