Roger has been helping me with my flight on the 1st of May and his service has always been outstanding. He is professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted smoothly. No matter the situation, Roger is quick to assist and provides excellent advice and support. It’s reassuring to know that my travel arrangements are in such capable hands. I highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated travel agent. Thank you for all your great work over the years!

Chris was really helpful

Excellent customer service and booked our flights easy and communication was great . I would recommend Joe to anyone booking . Date

grace has been very helpful I booking my flight

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Travel Unravel Limited. Following an airline cancellation, I was assured multiple times that my refund would be processed, yet I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
Communication has been poor, promises have not been honoured, and I have had to continuously chase for updates without any proper resolution. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and timely handling of a straightforward refund matter. Sadly, my experience with Travel Unravel Limited has been the complete opposite.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to carefully consider their options before booking through this company. At the moment my lawyers are proceeding a law suit against the company.

It is always a pleasure to have Joe to book my flights. I always contact him and will continue to do so.

Travel unravel customer service is detailed articulate and accommodating. Working with Diesel was a blessing . My travel was December 2025, to march 2026. While in Canada, I had a death in the family and had to get to USA. Diesel got me a flight that was smooth at short notice. Diesel handled everything to help with the stress.price was accommodating.

I have been working with Unravel Travel for the last few years for my group trips around the World. Gavin has always been efficient, profesional and very knowledgeable and a great asset to making sure my trips are not only efficient, but successful. He is much appreciated and I will continue to work with him.

Gavin helped me to ook a flight to NY

Call was answered quickly, very helpful and quick to book from start to finish. Dealt with a gentleman named Diesel who was knowledgeable and polite. He answered everything I needed. Booking was very quick.

Lisa was very professional and considerate and was able to secure my flight

I contacted Travel Unravel using a telephone number saying that they were British Airways. I wanted to change my booking with BA. The person who answered took my reference number and proceeded to change the booking. I was charged double the amount they paid BA. When I called the company they eventually said it was BAs fault and they would sort it with BA . They eventually refunded some of the money but not all and have ignored my attempts to get a breakdown of the refund.

Joe was really helpful, I will recommend him to my friends
Exceptional service, thank you..

Roger was helpful with booking flights to Grenada. Communication could have been a bit better but over all happy with this experience as it was my first ever time booking a flight by myself.

She made the whole process supremely easy and the best..
