Cheap price but won't pay me back my refund after my flight was cancelled due to the war. My friend (same flight, different travel agent) received her refund 48 hours after it got cancelled. I am still waiting 6 weeks later after they advise it would take no longer than 28 days. Last week I was advise 8 days. Now it should be with me in 48 hours. Awful customer service, wouldn't book with them again. Not worth the cheaper price if anything goes wrong!

Once they finished all the confirmation after payment ,then they called us to tell about non refund and if we pay more than the quoate amount, we will get refund, They quote the amount low to become lowest then talking about increment

I paid for a ticket and now they are trying to get me to pay an additional 50% for the ticket and threatening to cancel the ticket if I don't, after falsely claiming that they tried to urgently email and call me (both of which I have proof that they didn't). That's illegal and causing a huge hassle.

Called about my cancelled flight -- claimed they could only rebook with me with Qatar airways -- despite UK legislation entitling me to rebooking with ANY airline -- then informed there would be a 100 pound refund fee??? for administration despite the fact they hadn't done anything at all. Do not book with them

Worst people.. I pay 2346.31 GBP from my card for my ticket issued. After i paid and got my tickets they called me from number 02071323232 and ask me to pay 110 GBP more. After i refuse to pay they cut the phone and cancel my tickets.. below was my ticket details.

Do you guys really charge customers reimbursement fee in case of a refund? One of your agents SANDEEP BHATIA said the bank charge them the 2.85% fee if they refund amount back to a credit card. It’s really strange coz it does not say the same on google. I have double checked it but you agent still charged me the amount. I paid £619 and £18 were charged as reimbursement fee. Upon confronting him with this, he refused to do anything for me and asked me to call back in the morning and speak to customer service. His tone went rude and he hanged up. That shit customer service.

Terrible company. My wife was due to fly home from Dubai on the 2nd of March. Obviously her flight was cancelled. Lycafly re scheduled the return flight for Friday the 6th of March. They are now saying that all Emirates flights are cancelled until the 15th of March. They are liars as Emirates flight EK019 is still leaving Dubai on the 6th of March. No empathy at all, most of the customer service team also lack comprehension of the English language!! Avoid at all costs.

Genuinely one of the worst companies I’ve ever booked through. I booked return tickets to Dubai with no way of anticipating that a war would break out. When the situation changed, I had to contact them to arrange a new flight because Emirates couldn’t assist since the booking wasn’t made directly with the airline.

I reached out through their online customer service form and via WhatsApp as my calls weren’t going through, but received no response. In the end, I had to ask my sister in the UK to call on my behalf. The only alternative flight they could offer was five days later, while everyone I was travelling with was rebooked onto a flight two days later.

Because of this, I requested a refund and had to book an entirely new flight directly with Emirates myself. I have since asked for a breakdown of the return flight cost so I can understand the refund I’m entitled to, but they will only tell me the amount via email and refuse to provide a detailed cost breakdown or request it from Emirates.

To make matters worse, the customer service representatives frequently talk over you, are very rude, and show little sympathy for the situation. Situations like this are already extremely distressing for customers, and the lack of understanding and professionalism only makes it worse.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I will never book through a third party again and will only book directly with airlines in the future.

My experience with Lycafly has been absolutely unacceptable.

They cancelled my flights without any prior notice — no email, no phone call, no explanation. I only discovered the cancellation myself, which left me scrambling and caused significant stress and inconvenience.

Their customer service was equally appalling. It was nearly impossible to get clear answers, and when I finally did speak to someone, they were unhelpful and dismissive. There was no accountability and no effort to resolve the issue properly.

This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to avoid it at all costs.

Lycafly offered a reasonable price for my chosen destination through Skyscanner. I wanted to be sure they are not some bait and switch scammers as I have not used this travel agent before. I spoke to Rangit who answered all my questions. I felt reassured and booked flight online. I spoke to Rangit afterwards and e-ticket was sent within one hour of booking. Thanks to Rangit and Lycafly team. Fully recommended.
