Travel Unravel Holidays Anmeldelser

Travel Unravel by its travel consultant "Kane" saved my two Japanese colleagues' full flights to Japan from Germany in last April through his fantastic help assuring connecting flights from Glasgow to Germany. He spent more than 2 hrs over the phone in arranging this connecting flight from Glasgow-London-Frankfurt including an accommodation for them in London. If Kane could not do this arrangement, my colleagues would be missing their flights from Frankfurt to Japan. We thank to Kane and his company and looking forward to working with them.

I always book my ticket through this agency and i always have the agent Kane. You are doing such an amazing job Kane, keep it up looking forward for my next holiday

Once again Lisa has done it! Second time booking with Lisa:
Amazing customer service as always. Attention to detail. I’m very happy

was a great and wonderful customer service from lisa.
would always recommend for people.lisa is great and wonderful customer care.

Jo provided excellent service and was very helpful in assisting me with my flight booking. Jo was also very friendly, and very helpful.

It was great to organise a last minute ticket with Roger after my flight was cancelled, so nice to be able to talk to someone who can help me. Once he found a well priced ticket he booked it on my behalf and even called to check I’d received my Bar code .
Would thoroughly recommend especially when you’re in bit of an SOS situation

the partner of EI is growing business doing fraud

Friendly handling of my booking with special mention to LISA who helped me a lot for the first time I do such booking not to mention at the age of 82. Thank you Lisa.

Joe was exceptional in all aspects of this experience

My experience was quite unbelievable. I had driven my mum from Newport to Gatwick Airport, only for us to miss the flight. I was shocked and completely confused. In a panic, I went online searching for another flight as quickly as possible.

To be honest, I didn’t take the time to carefully check all the details before booking. It was only after I had confirmed the reservation that I realised there was a layover of up to 17 hours. I was devastated and felt even more confused than before.

Then my phone rang it was Lisa. She truly became the star of that day 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. When I explained that I couldn’t afford the fee, she generously offered me her £100 voucher and provided an incredible level of service. More importantly, she stayed with me throughout the entire process, offering support, guidance, and reassurance when I needed it most. Her kindness and professionalism turned what had been a very stressful experience into a manageable one, and I will always be grateful for her help.

Joe booked my tickets and was efficient

The customer agent was really helpful, he gave the best possible outcome and I would personally thank him for his service

Mr. Roger provided exceptional assistance in securing our flights to Jamaica, ensuring we received the most competitive pricing. The support from other staff members was also highly valuable when needed. I wholeheartedly endorse Rival Travel.

Everything was great. The booking of the flight all tge way to getting a suitable window seat during flight and getting a perfect return date on time for me to get back to work after my holiday. All went as planned. Dean the flight director was a great help to assuring the whole process.

Roger was helpful when finding me a apartment for my holiday in SA and he got a nice place for me. The only thing I was not happy with was telling me that breakfast was included when it wasn't. But he's a nice guy.

I contacted them for my flight change which was very difficult getting it done and expensive.. she found out the way and gave us the dates which costed us way less than what we had to pay.. excellent customer service !

Awesome, intentional and prompt service. Lisa is very deligent in her job. She was very patient in attending to me. She took her time to explain in details all i requested from her. She picked up her call at any point in time and very polite. Great staff.

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for planning our recent trip to Goa . From the very beginning they listened to our preferences . We will be absolutely using your company again .
