I've now used Travel Unravel to book flights abroad three times, and every experience has been excellent. The service has consistently been outstanding, with the team always being friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful.

I would really like to say a big thank you to Irene. She has been absolutely exceptional every time I've booked. Not only is she highly professional and knowledgeable, but she also goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. She has a genuine personal touch that makes you feel valued as a customer, taking the time to answer questions, offer helpful advice, and ensure every detail is taken care of.

Irene's dedication, patience, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are a real credit to Travel Unravel. It's rare to come across someone with such a strong work ethic who genuinely cares about their customers' experience. She has made booking my trips so easy and enjoyable that I've continued to return, and I've now booked through her for the third time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Travel Unravel to anyone looking for excellent service, and I look forward to booking with them again in the future.

I had already booked seats to Detroit with Delta via Virgin. This was to visit our son who was scheduled for surgery regarding head, neck & throat cancer. The date was changed by the Hospital in Michigan. Hence we needed to revise our trip. I phoned a number listed for Virgin and soon discovered I was speaking with Eric at Travel Unravel. I still do not understand how this happened. He was most helpful and suggested he can cancel our seats and rebook for us.
He did this and in fact the whole process did not cost us anything after we received the refund from Virgin. So despite my doubts considering the manner in which we came in contact with TravelUnravel, the service they provided was excellent. We have just returned from that trip and everything was as it should be with the booking.
