Travel Unravel Holidays Anmeldelser

I'm happy with the customer service. The guy who helped me book my flight, Kane, was very helpful, and I'm happy with the costmer service.
Thank you

Eric has consistently proven to be a reliable staff. He has helped me manage my flight bookings and flights related issues from my mum’s trip to mine and now my brother.
Although this last time there was a glitch in network/connection that delayed my last booking which was not the staff’s fault. I was pleased with the way he made me feel, valued and respected and when the connection came back he got everything sorted. I will recommend travel unravel for their good customer service

We have never used this type of travel company to book a holiday so with some nerves, we made the call and Dean answered, he led us through the whole process, explaining as we went. The service was excellent. We would recommend this company, especially Dean.

Proactive, helpful, listened and reliable.

Kane is the best agent helped me get my flight tickets on good service

Immediate response

We missed our flight due to a ferry delay. Travel unravel booked us the next flight on the same day. They were very quick to respond and Chris was very reassuring and precise about the arrangements and helping us to navigate the systems to book and make payments over the phone in a busy airport. Also responsive when later we were confused about ticket accessibility, getting back to us straightaway. However, we could have booked the seats via the BA app which would have been cheaper. This didn’t matter in the end as our travel insurance covered the cost, and during the stress of the moment it was reassuring to secure the seats with the help of travel unravel.

Chris was very helpful.

Kane assisted me with rescheduling my flight on 25 June, and as always, the service was excellent. He was professional, responsive and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

I really appreciate his reliability, attention to detail and consistent willingness to help. It’s always reassuring knowing my flight arrangements are in capable hands.

Thank you, Kane, for another great experience. Highly recommended!

The agent was exceptionally professional and patience. She took time to listen and helping me to choose ticket, seat and luggage allowance. This helps to ease my stress as it was quite challenging for me.
