Travel China Guide Tours Anmeldelser

Travel China Guide was easy to use and it was the most convenient way to purchase bullet train tickets. I was happy with the trains too.

Excellent service by Christina Zhao. Allay my worries and solved my train tickets schedule. Very easily accessible for contact through what’s apps or email. Response is indeed very fast. An excellent company to trust and collaborate for bookings and advice

It’s so easy and a no nonsense booking you’ll think you’re getting tricked… but they come through! Painlessly booked a ticket and had a great time in China with these guys; great way to access the rail networks and guarantee your trip timing without having to wait in line or miss something because it fills up fast. The guide and advice for travel from the site was spot on, too, and email communication was great.
Zai jian!

Travel China Guide successfully booked us tickets for a party of 3 during goldenweek for the following: Temple of heaven, Forbidden City, Summer Palace and Tiananmen Square. With all but the exception of Tiananmen square we got the original dates and times requested. For Tiananmen Square, they kindly worked with me to find an alternative date and time that worked for us due to the high ticket demand. They were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive via WhatsApp.

Great web site, easy to use and accurate. Traveled from Xian to Beijing no issues

My application was dealt with swiftly and I was always kept in the loop. Trains were easy to access with passport recognition and the whole journey was in a spotless pre booked carriage spot on time. Well done all concerned.

Booking was seamless, with all questions answered promptly, pleasantly and accurately. Train was immaculate and all train staff were excellent. Room left and arrived on time. The room on the on train was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Ulaanbatur-Beijing.

Most bookings were as requested and those that were not were just as good. All trips went very well with great service from the stations to the porters which were included in the price. All we had to do was get to the station and from the end station to our hotels. Would recommend this service to anyone traveling through China and wanting to do it by train.

Very good, smooth service. Christina went out of her way to help us.

Would highly recommend.

Travel China Guide Tours was the best source for booking train tickets in China. I used another online travel agent but they failed to secure the tickets.
I made several bookings with Travel China Guides and they came up trumps on each one. When I made changes, they were very responsive and able to solve the problem. Great customer service and nice to be able to communicate with an online provider by email for a change!

I did a one day tour of Beijing (Summer Palace, etc) with this company and Helen was the guide. It was well-organized, the guide was pleasant/knowledgeable, and the van was fine. Exactly what I wanted.

We organised quite a complex itinerary travelling around China and with tickets for trains etc often not released until quite close to the departure date we didn't want to faff with booking all the various tickets ourselves. China Travel Guide has been a real helping hand. We used them to book tickets for attractions and trains. It doesn't cost much more to use this service. There were a couple of times we missed out on our original asks (ie second class train tickets instead of first class, but CTG would always offer alternatives), and a couple of times we needed to remind CTG to ensure our bookings were fulfilled but all in all a good service and we would recommend them and happily use them again. Our tip is just to keep on top of what you're expecting to come through and when. CTG are responsive, easily contactable and very helpful. They made a real difference to our trip planning. Thank you

Excellent service. Rapid response. Even for a last minute request for ticket change/booking -- reached out via messaging to contact us as it was urgent (email would have been slower and there were only a few tickets left)! very impressive! Seamless payment and refund. Everything in English too!

Really conveniente and helpful at the moment of having doubts. It also allows to make the reservation of the tickets early.

The webpage work as intended and has flexibility. Use it for booking business train travel in China.

Really, it is a pleasure and safely to work with the Comapny. Constantly updated and whenever any different option could happen they let you know giving your best chahnce. In my case Ms Cissy is the highest professional. She manages every situation with always succed. And when a refund must be done, it is inmediately proceesed.

Easy purchase of Chinese train tickets.
