Lo contratamos desde Argentina sin conocerlos y cumplieron maravillosamente el tour planificado. Iris organizo nuestro recorrido y tanto guías como hotel y excursiones fueron perfectos. Los recomendamos y volveríamos, sin duda, a contratarlos!! Gracias por todo!!!

Top China Travel hat uns freundlich und sehr kompetent durch Amelie Zeng beraten und betreut. Die Zusammenstellung der Reise erfolgte nach unseren individuellen Wünschen und war perfekt geplant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen. Der Service in der Planung und vor Ort war hervorragend, sowohl hinsichtlich der geplanten Touren als auch hinsichtlich der Transfers. Die Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen, denn statt des angekündigten Fahrers war gelegentlich auch die Reisebegleitung vor Ort, um wichtige Informationen und Hilfestellungen zu geben. Über Veränderungen von Flugzeiten wurden wir zeitnah informiert und kleine Planänderungen wurden vor Ort umgesetzt. Alle Reisebegleiter waren freundlich und sehr engagiert.

Todo empezó cuando unos amigos nos recomendaron este viaje con esta agencia, enseguida me puse en contacto por WhatsApp con Teresa, su profesionalidad y disponibilidad hizo que nos hiciera un viaje a medida de nuestra disponibilidad, nuestros estándares de calidad y nuestros presupuestos, su atención ha sido muy profesional y, sobretodo, muy humana.

Nosotros estuvimos 10 días visitando Beijing, Xi'an y Shanghái, pocos días, pero es lo que podíamos hacer. Nada más llegar nos esperaba Lluvia, nuestra guía de Beijing, con muy buen Español nos acogió en su ciudad, más que una guía sentimos que era una compañera más de viaje. Tanto ella como el chófer fueron profesionales, puntuales, se adaptaban a nosotros al 100%. Pasamos tres días increíbles. Tal es el nivel del servicio que nos dejaron, literalmente, dentro del tren para ir a Xi'an.

Como no podía ser de otra forma, a la llegada nos esperaba Karina, quien a pesar de su juventud, conectó estupendamente con nosotros. Tiene un conocimiento de la historia de su país increíble, nos llevó a visitar los guerreros de terracota, nos impresionó más la historia que las propias estatuas, eso fue gracias a la explicación de Karina. Estuvimos dos días en Xi'an, impresionante, sus calles, su cultura, su comida, nos encantó. Al finalizar Karina nos llevó al Aeropuerto y nos acompañó prácticamente hasta la puerta de embarque, un 10.

El último capítulo de nuestro viaje es en Shanghái, allí nos espera Gabriel, un chico muy simpático que su función es ir a recoger clientes al aeropuerto, nos dio todas las indicaciones de los próximos dos días. Al día siguiente nos recogió Rocío, nuestra guía local y hermana China. Rocío es una profesional como hay pocas, volvimos a sentir que más que una guía era una más del grupo, nos facilitó todo, nos enseñó lugares increíbles, nos llevó a comer a sitios riquísimos, sin duda fue el colofón a una gran experiencia. Sabemos que tenemos una amiga muy especial en Shanghái.
También quiero destacar al chófer de Shanghái, cuyo nombre no puedo acordarme, el cual, en un gesto de gratitud, nos regaló una bolsa de fruta para que nuestro regreso fuera más llevadero, un gran gesto.

Sin duda la calidad de los hoteles, de las furgonetas, de la comida, etc, han hecho que sea el viaje de nuestra vida, pero si tuviera que destacar algo de Top Travel China es la humanidad de sus trabajadores, esto hace que, junto al paisaje de China, se convierta en una experiencia 10.

Tour privado por 23 dias que me permitio conocer China historica, China moderna y el futuro: drones, robots que entregan delivery en el hotel, trenes bal, autos electricos modernos. I’ve been communicating with Sophie from Top China Travel. Initially communication was ok then I was waiting for a revised itinerary so I could proceed to book and got completely ghosted. Blue tick whatsapp messages with no reply and multiple emails ignored. Very poor service!
Seems like they only interested in American and European clientele as that is what I was initially told ! Very disappointing and discriminating.

I was a bit apprehensive about travelling to China as a solo traveller but Top China Travel made it quite simple and easy for me. The tour was very well organised. The guides were very helpful and cheerful. Everything went seamless!

I tried to plan my own trip to China, but realised I was quickly overwhelmed with the language barrier and not having logistics understanding. I then found a tour with TCT and the most amazingly helpful person named Elsa Wang assisting me all the way. It takes a lot of back and forth to customise a trip and Elsa was very prompt to answer or accommodate my requests. I am extremely grateful that Elsa has supported my solo journey to China and I hope I will have Elsa to help me plan other trips in different parts of China in the future. There is so much to explore. I highly recommend Elsa and her team.

TCT provided top class service of organizing a memorable trip for my Family to Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Guangzhou in January 2026. The tour involved receiving and sending us off, plus China interval travels of train and plane. All worked out like clockworks. It is difficult to fault the organizing ability and efficiency of TCT. Any queries were often responded with such promptness that , at times, I wondered if I was dealing with an AI machine. For those, who are hesitant about travelling to China for fear of different cultures, languages, payment system and internet restrictions, TCT have all the answers. TCT would ensure a trouble free and memorable China trip. We have English speaking guides in all our destinations. You want guides of other languages, I am sure TCT could also help.

We are a couple from Chicago,looking for a tour .For anyone hesitant to do it via Top China Travel i guarantee you ,this is legit.Our contact was Merry Liao and she was patiently waiting for us every step of the way.And oh boy she did a top notch job, her attention to details was exemplary. We did the 8 days tour ( Beijing, Xian and Shanghai).All our accommodations was 2nd to none. All the places that we went to was unforgettable.You will be up close and personal to those places you only seen in National Geographic.Dont be afraid about the language barrier ,this is a tour where you have a tour guide that speak your language with a driver ofcourse.

Sono appena rientrato dal viaggio in Cina di 10 notti organizzato da Top China Travel . Abbiamo visitato Pechino , Xian , Guilin e Shanghai voglio esprimere un sentito ringraziamento a tutti i componenti dell ' agenzia per la fantastica organizzazione del tour . All' inizio devo ammetterlo sono stato molto dubbioso e preoccupato nel prenotare un viaggio via internet con agenzia sconosciuta invece che bella sorpresa ! Hotel molto belli in particolare l hotel di Guilin è incredibile spettacolare con stanze suite panoramiche sul fiume e le montagne .Ringrazio particolarmente la simpatica Ginevra per il costante supporto . Con il prezioso aiuto e la pazienza di Lily ho organizzato il mio viaggio privato di tre settimane con tutti i dettagli a mio piacimento, il viaggio è andato molto bene come da programma e ringrazio particolarmente le guide Helene a Datong, Lisa a Xi'an, Gioia a Chengdu e Margherita a Zhangjiajie per averlo reso super con la loro umanità, disponibiltà, professionalità e simpatia. We were a group of 4 from Malta and we asked TCT to provide us with a customised tour over 21 days visiting the highlights of Beijing, Datong, Pingyao, XiAn, Chongqing, including part of 3 gorges, Zhiangjiagie, Shanghai and Suzhou, Guilin, Hong Kong and Macau.
Rebecca Wei helped with the meticulous planning of each stage, from hotels, tickets for all venues, trains and internal flights. At each point we were met by a knowledgable guide and driver who would accompany us to each site and take us back to the hotel at the end of the day. They made sure we boarded the right trains and flights at each transfer...we really appreciated all the little details which made us feel relaxed. The hotels were also of the highest standard in mostly all the cities we visited. TCT also respected our wish for focus on cultural and historical sites, rather than shopping and restaurants, so we managed to fit in what we wanted to see at each place. China is a huge, amazing country, and without TCT's meticulous planning and logistics, there is no way we could have managed to do and see so much! We really recommend them!
