Travel China Guide Tours Anmeldelser

We booked a private tour with them to Xi'An and Dunhuang. We had professional and helpful advice from the outset and the tour was tailored to our interests. It was great to have one person who was dealing with us from our first enquiry to the time we arrived and who was always there for questions.
Our guides were excellent and adapted to our physical fitness and likes. They were knowledgeable and fantastic company.
I would book this company again in a heartbeat.

We had a very positive experience with TravelChinaGuide. The agency was extremely well organized, helpful, and professional throughout the planning of our trip to China.

They helped us arrange everything, including train tickets, tours, transfers, and other travel details, making the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

We also encountered a few unexpected issues during the trip, but the team was always quick to respond and offered us several possible solutions, helping us resolve everything efficiently.

We really appreciated their availability, flexibility, and support, both before and during the trip. We would definitely recommend TravelChinaGuide to anyone planning a trip to China.

Very reliable service from Christina who handled all my bookings especially the high speed train tickets for my family of 5 ensuring all able to sit together and booking of popular museum tickets. I had peace of mind knowing she will do her best.

A fantastic service all the way, the station, the boarding, the train itself, a very pleasant experience.

I travelled to China in October 2025 and planned a self-guided circular tour by train visiting Shanghai, Hong Kong, Chonqqing, Xian, Beijing and returning to Shanghai. As the official National Chinese Railways website only opens bookings 15 days before travel, I needed to ensure that my plans ran smoothly, so booked with this company because of the highly positive feedback. I can now add to this, and can say that all my rail travel went exactly according to plan. Obviously, because the company is based in China, there is an 8 hour time difference, but replies to any queries always came within 24 hours. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
Separately, I will be leaving feedback about my Xian guided tour where my guide, Carol, was extremely knowledgeable , organised and friendly.

I had to make a couple of changes in my train to Tibet and they were extremely helpful and available! Totally advisable service

The customer servive very fast respond to settle our problem. We had last min change our plan, they fast help to change the timing.

I have travelled with this company for over 10 years all throughout China. They deliver speedy and consistant service. Replies are very quick . Thoroughly recommend to everyone travelling for business or pleasure

The staff of Travel China Guide were extremely efficient and professional in their communication and assistance. They assisted me with pre-booking bullet train tickets for my family trip and did so promptly – as soon as bookings were open, they immediately did the booking and secured my desired train tickets. Their updates were also very prompt, and they kept me in the loop pertaining to my bookings. Having found and engaged their services was indeed a blessing! We shall definitely engage Travel China Guide again when we visit China soon.

Our train bookings were very ease and everything went well. All questions we had were answered fast and efficient. Thank you very much for helping to create our lovely China experience.

The booking system is easy to understand. The team were very responsive when I had a change in plans, and helped to organise refunds. They were very helpful in providing receipts so that we could claim expenses.

A simple straight forward booking process, excellent

Christina is always incredibly helpful and makes the booking of my business trips so much easier. Friendly, efficient and professional, I would 100% recommend!

This is a reliable service for getting train tickets in advance

Easy booking, agent will purpose alternative if your preferred route is not available. Friendly.

We used Travel China Guide to book 2 trains in China and everything went smoothly and we highly recommend booking with this company! We were even able to find tickets during the Gold week In October, great service!

Very efficient and simple process. Good communication from Travel China Guide including resolution of an issue when China Railways cancelled one train a couple of weeks before we were due to travel. I particularly like the system of using your passport as your ticket, avoiding the need to print tickets or find confirmation on phone which can be difficult due to restrictions on accessing emails in China.

Flawless organization! The agency turned out to be incredibly efficient—we booked our entire train itinerary through them, and everything went perfectly. In addition to the trains, we also purchased tickets to visit major attractions in the various cities we explored. Confirmations arrived promptly and accurately, making our travel planning smooth and stress-free. Professional service, clear communication, and total availability. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to travel with peace of mind and zero hassle.
