I called in later for an amendment and it was done in no time.

Really poor service when it came to…
Really poor service when it came to resetting my insurances. I understand the need to attract new customers, but the fact that you do nothing to keep loyal customers just means I’m gonna move away from you guys. You offer new customers, you spend all this money to get new customers, but don’t keep the ones you’ve got. I don’t know, but I don’t marketing and business, the best customers were the one you already had.

Tower (and TradeMe Insurance) wanted to…
Tower (and TradeMe Insurance) wanted to charge an additional $1000.00 excess ontop of my normal excess. This addtional excess was not clearly stated and only appeared as a small pop-up box once during the online process. It was not stated in the insurnace summary, so I could have easily missed it. When I telephoned Tower, the reason stated was that the SQ5 is a high claims risk vehicle. No other insurance company that I got a quote from added any additional excess like Tower and TradeMe Insurnace.

Tower always comes through for price. Even if one (ie car), might be more expensive than others, when you add the other items (house and/or contents etc, they are always cheaper - and I check every year!.

Daughter made a claim back in May 26…
Daughter made a claim back in May 26 was the most terrible experience for her. I took over policy to sort. Never just one person to talk to about the claim. They questioned the suspension. It had assessories which they said were modifications. I had to do thier job in the end contacted nissan they said all the things on the vehicle were assessories not modifications. Sent that via email. They were still on about the suspension been upgraded. Demanded them to send out an assessor to look but they wouldn't send one so took it to a registered machanic and the suspension report came back within nissans specs. Finally tower came to the party and vehicle was a total loss. Claim excepted nearly end of September. Will never insure with you again. Have never had to do all the work before with other insurance companies.

why would we ignore an email when we have no confirmation if payment went through
there should be two emails - one you have paid or two you have not paid
