Dreadful
Dreadful. Both for setting up insurance and the claim. Repeatedly not replying or responding. Even after phone calls and promises. Eventually one employee in particular made the effort for me.

Your website made it impossible for my wife to Register/log on so she could cancel her policy on line. So I was obliged to do it over the phone (my wife had a severe sore throat) and your operative had the most shrill voice, I had to hold my phone at the end of my arm.

Assert managers are not good on…
Assert managers are not good on providing full details of the quote. When we asked for a quote they did not reply. I would like to get this claim done asap as I don't have proper gate and it unsafe.

Negative stars, because 1 star is generous
I wish I could leave a negative star review because one star is being generous. Claims customer service is the worst. How does Tower hire? Just anyone that can speak English? The girl I got is a pacific Islander and seemed to be annoyed on the phone. I was upset that my late Father's jewellery box that I insure on my contents insurance got stolen with a whole lot of other things. Me crying while telling her and giving the police report details over the phone. She just made me feel like I was lying. Not my fault New Zealand Police puts theft at the end of the to do list. I would find out who did it faster than them. Ohh and how can I prove that my TV was working before the break in? Was me and my family sitting watching a broken TV this whole time? If you do not have CCTV footage there is no way you can prove of a robbery and just be treated as a liar the whole time. Family always say it's better to have insurance and not use it then needing it and not having it. In my case that's not how it feels, I would of saved money all this time instead of paying for premium plus. With that money saved I could have purchased all the items that was stolen, brand new and have money leftover to hire a private investigator to find out who had stolen my Fathers items.

I wanted a quick quote for House…
I wanted a quick quote for House Contents Insurance. It was all done on line and felt easy to set up. I was happy with the quote and subsequent communication. As I have not had to deal with any difficult issues I have to say that the service had been excellent.
I hope I never need to make a claim but should that change I hope the service continues to be easy and painless.

House shook : I had to make a claim this year due to…
I had to make a claim this year due to a rogue driver crashing his van into my house & causing damage .
The agents I dealt with through out this process ; were always helpful & keen to assist . The process did drag on a bit but ultimately the claim was addressed & I was very pleased with outcome. I was never left hanging & they certainly did a great job . Thank you . :-)
