I have used this Hyundai dealer several times and have always been dealt with promptly and politely. Amber kept me informed on how the service was going today which was very helpful.

We arrived 15 minutes before our allotted time and was met by James. He asked a few relevant questions, then our car was taken almost immediately into the workshop for it's service. Everything went really smoothly.

Had a real pleasurable experience at Nissan Basildon today. Good old fashion customer service, team offered genuine advise and guidance. Went above and beyond to get my car fixed in great time! Special mention to Hollie the representative who looked after me.

I am very particular about the service I receive at any business. If it is off hand or rude, I never go back. Since dealing with Toomey Hyundai in Basildon, I have been delighted with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Yesterday I took my car for MOT and Amber dealt with things. She kept me well informed and was kind and helpful ( I am old). The work was done well and I was soon on my way home. Amber and her colleague Sophie always give me a welcome and treat me well. They make the business a pleasure and not a chore.

I went to Toomey Hyundai Basildon today for my car diagnostic and I had an amazing service form Amber the receptionist and Jay (mechanic) who checked my car and give me good advice.

The reception team are very helpful I was talking to Amber who was amazing she helped me find a date that suited me not the other way round, Amber was very courteous and polite and I now have a car that I feel safe driving which is also due to the service team who send me videos of what they actually do amazing service thankyou

Dropped car off to have a minor repair, James had me in and out in the curtesy car very fast, had a call around midday to inform me the car was ready, then had a short video sent of car being fixed. Returned to the show room and was agin seen and out very fast. Over all a great experience , james was very friendly and I will return when needed. Thanks.

I had my Yearly Service and MOT at Peugeot Southend and as always First class Service from start to finish. Staff friendly and informative and the car given back lovely and clean.

Here I am still without my car, that is still the Toomey Vauxhall Basildon. 5 months in … nearly 6 months for a car I am paying on finance, I haven’t been able to drive. They are taking the absolute mick! Yes they finally gave me a courtesy car after 4+ months without a car. But their poor communication still is not on. I haven’t specifically requested confirmation of how it will affect the wet belt just sitting in oil, for all these months the car hasn’t moved! This is out of my control because of Vauxhalls error. You replaced the ECU that I have paid £2k for but the ECU has not been coded to my car properly, so here we are waiting (already nearly 2 months) since you ordered the part and still no ETA I’m sorry how shocking this. I have heard of a number of other people that have had issues with yourselves as Basildon so I’m not the only one. I have made a complaint previously with Toomey it was palmed off. I have emailed the Jak and his manger j Becker but no response for over a week now. It’s not acceptable. I have made a complaint with my finance company too.
I would avoid using these as a garage for cars and also not to buy from them as they will sell you a wrecked car, they don’t have any care at all. It’s been 3 years of hell with Vauxhall at Basildon.
