Disappointed

The service when we bought the car was lovely and all seemed well…
However then took well over a month to get the second key and just had an MOT just over 5 months since buying it and the car needs 2 new tyres!!! We’ve hardly done any miles since the purchase so really disappointed ☹️

I have had my fiat 600 from toomey…

I have had my fiat 600 from toomey Basildon for 4 months and it was just over a year old when purchased. It has been back to the service department numerous times for dashboard faults they get factory reset and they keep appearing back once this week and lasted under 24 hours and yes on again. One fault was serious a engine mounting bolt came loose resulting in the engine moving back and forth, and the RAC towed it back. Keep trying to get hold of them by phone is a joke and when eventually I got through promises of return calls dont happen. Worse motor group I have ever dealt with in my 51 years of driving.

Since your purchase, our team has carried out the required manufacturer software updates and inspections in line with the guidance provided by the manufacturer. On the occasion your vehicle was recovered to us, our technicians completed a full inspection and checks to ensure the vehicle was safe to return to you and at the time of testing the vehicle was operating correctly.

We understand your ongoing concerns and want to reassure you that we remain committed to supporting you in diagnosing and resolving any issues should they occur. Although vehicle collection is not a service we typically offer, we arranged to collect the vehicle from your address in order to assist you and progress the matter as quickly as possible. Due to the short notice nature of this arrangement and our current fleet availability, we will continue to keep you informed regarding the availability and supply of a loan vehicle.

With regard to requests such as potential goodwill measures, these decisions sit directly with the vehicle manufacturer. We would recommend contacting the manufacturer’s customer relations team to review your case. Should they require any supporting information from us regarding the work carried out on your vehicle, we will of course be happy to assist them.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to support you with your vehicle.

Knowledgeable

Knowledgeable, helpful, experienced, couldn’t fault anything. Was greeted by Francis.whom was welcoming and all above. Who also helped me book my car in for a service without any issues. Would definitely recommend to all who own a Nissan.

Excellent Service

Both Gio and George were really helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Extremely professional & friendly. The additional car wash was a very welcomed bonus!

Service very good

Service very good. They accommodated my request for vehicle to be ready by 13.00 was ready by 11.30. Polite service by the staff.

Mia who is the service department…

Mia who is the service department customer agent was extremely efficient at her job and also set up a service plan for me with no issues highly recommended along with the other staff members I had contact with
