i was sold a service plan. What I was told that with this plan I would get 10% off all parts but I cant find that in the T&Cs. Has the policy been sold with inaccurate info
This will be the second encounter i have will Stallantis in 10 month purchased a Peguot 208, 21 plate.
Purchased the car on finance end of May 2025.
1st starter motor went and was told wasn't covered under my extended warranty so I contacted another local Peugot dealership to be told it was all covered under my warranty.
2nd encounter just recently electric hand brake has stopped working. Break pads and discs changed and a Auto electrician out to see what the fault was he came across a broken wire which he fixed but handbrake still will not work nor the car won't reset.
Send several emails and made several phones calls to Stellantis to be completely ignored.
Absolutely shocking customer service from management to services.

Steven Lee's was amazing at guiding us with a motability car. No pressure was prepared to answer all questions honestly. Made us feel comfortable.
Leased the car since October 2025 been told I would be able to get the car sooner as some cancellations happen so while I waited for the C10 I've been given a courtesy car which is nice fast forward at the end of December I got the news that the car arrived on site needs time to check and register the car ok and I didn't have time to collect either because of work so I and didn't collect until the end of January between that time communication was quite poorly as some email has no response anyway collected the car prepared everything I could as I've read some comments on the C10 pages like download the apps ask for floor mats so I did as I collected the car he told me the apps will take a few days to work and he'll also order me the floor mats as agreed.
First week the apps not recognised the identification so not working contact the Leapmotor nothing happened and until now still have to get to the rear mirror to open the car so what's the point if you have the apps to use but you not trying to sort it out or respond to customer needs.
I get every excuse of not enough staff to deal with then get some more staff to deal with customers issues you can't just sold the car and left customers. Very disappointed
The service team where professional and friendly the actual service was fast and the car came back clean inside s and out.
Book my car in before 9 last Friday but didn’t state work until 14.06. By end of day no time to replace tyre needed to pass MoT. Had to force them to give me a car for the weekend rather than drive mine illegally.
Told they had a continental tyre in stock and it would be done first thing today. I arrived before 9am. Told no tyre ordered so can’t have that one, still sat here at 9.50 and work only started on car at 9.26. This is a shambles.
Day 23
Spoke with Ryan - service manager at Stellantis. Friendly, helpful & professional. Apologised for the delay. Assured me that he would get the issues with my car resolved straight away. True to his word he got everything resolved within 48hrs. Got more info from Ryan in a short phone call than I had the previous three weeks. As a customer that is all I can ask for, clear communication. It was a very frustrating time…got there eventually, thanks in no small part to Ryan, a credit to his organisation. Pleased with the eventual outcome and the work carried out to my vehicle. For this aspect of my dealings with Stellantis I’m happy to give credit where it is due. Thanks again to Ryan…good job
UPDATE: 7+ weeks and counting!!! Stellantis Peugeot are dragging their heels, leaving my son without a car. They still cannot resolve the issue with his car!! Yet he is paying the hire purchase for the vehicle that he cannot use!! They claim they offered a courtesy car but didn't get a response (knowing he can't access his phone at work yet aware we have requested a car!). He's running 10 miles to work /paying for Ubers. This is taking a toll on his mental health and mine!!!! I'm having to give him my car when he is working 12 hour shifts - just to ensure his safety.
If no offer's made to resolve this, we'll involve Trading Standards / watch dog / Central News! This is really affecting us. Slack service from Peugeot Stellantis - There is obviously an issue with Peugeot vehicles engine faults... Avoid them like the plague!!!
This was my first visit to Stellantis Croydon, and I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I was assisted by Leonard, who was professional, attentive, and efficient in resolving the issue with my car. He took the time to ensure the problem was addressed promptly and fully resolved before I left.
Considering this was a walk-in visit, the overall experience was smooth, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Stellantis Croydon and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you, Leonard, for such an excellent first experience.

Interested in the DS4, attend by Leigh who was extremely professional, with a comprehensive knowledge of the product area. Leigh provided a lot of research before and after our test drive for different models based on my requirements. I will definitely look at the car again very soon.
