Amber the lady receptionist is very polite and helpful .This makes the whole experience positive.
I took my Kona for its annual service and MOT which was completed effeciently.

I visited Toomey Hyundai in Basildon for our yearly service on our Santa fe recently. Sofia was the service advisor and she is fantastic. She is professional and friendly and makes the whole process very easy, and kept me up to date throughout the day with updates on my service and when it was ready for collection. She is an asset to the Toomey team.

Had my Hyundai i30N booked in for its MOT at Toomey Hyundai Basildon, on arrival both Sofia and Amber on the services desks were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me and made me feel very welcome and knew my vehicle was in safe hands. Once the work was finished, they called to let me know. On collection again, both Sofia and Amber welcomed me back and went through the pricing and free health check. I would highly recommend toomey Hyundai Basildon and their staff Sofia and Amber and the techs for the good work they do.

I have used this Hyundai dealer several times and have always been dealt with promptly and politely. Amber kept me informed on how the service was going today which was very helpful.

I am very particular about the service I receive at any business. If it is off hand or rude, I never go back. Since dealing with Toomey Hyundai in Basildon, I have been delighted with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Yesterday I took my car for MOT and Amber dealt with things. She kept me well informed and was kind and helpful ( I am old). The work was done well and I was soon on my way home. Amber and her colleague Sophie always give me a welcome and treat me well. They make the business a pleasure and not a chore.

I went to Toomey Hyundai Basildon today for my car diagnostic and I had an amazing service form Amber the receptionist and Jay (mechanic) who checked my car and give me good advice.

The reception team are very helpful I was talking to Amber who was amazing she helped me find a date that suited me not the other way round, Amber was very courteous and polite and I now have a car that I feel safe driving which is also due to the service team who send me videos of what they actually do amazing service thankyou

Very efficient but a couple of things were flagged up that were unnecessary, especially having been a driver for many years.

I recently visited Toomey Hyundai Basildon for my vehicle’s MOT and service and had a very positive experience.

Sofia, my service advisor, was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and kept me well informed throughout. She clearly explained what had been checked and what needed attention, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Parts have been ordered and she has diarised to contact me, as well as log an extra task to be completed upon my return.

It’s always reassuring when customer service is this good. Sofia made the experience smooth and welcoming, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure customers are looked after.

I arrived at 09:45 and was welcomed by Service Advisor Sophia, who was very polite and friendly, my vehicle was checked-in for a service promptly, and the service was completed by Bobby within the hour. All-round experience was fantastic.

The reception team were focused to process all the customers which meant I didn’t have to wait long. Sofia was courteous and sorted my paperwork quickly. She then guided me to the loan car, and gave clear and helpful operating instructions. So I was able to depart within 15 minutes. The experience with collecting my car after the service was also swift and straightforward, with the help of Sofia again. Certainly good customer service from the reception team.

Sophie Latchford is absolutely brilliant. She is friendly, courteous and great at her job. Very pleased with the whole experience of getting my car serviced.

Excellent service

Initially making the service booking was very easy. I even got a reminder the evening before I was due to have the service. I was welcomed on arrival by Sofia. She was aware that my appointment was for a while you wait service.
She kept me informed throughout my wait of what was happening and offered some additional servicing options.
My whole experience was very positive.

Had my car serviced and MOT 5 march service and staff are excellent Amber phoned the night before to make sure everything was okay still for me to take my car in the next day the technicians are excellent very thorough

My car was serviced and cleaned no problems in the time given.
Very awkward parking, due to many cars on the site.

Amber was very welcoming and anything I asked was answered in a professional and accommodating manner.

Sofia was excellent. She kept me fully informed throughout the service, updating me on how the car was progressing. She offered helpful and honest advice, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her to explain or assist with.
