I use the Video Recording feature regularly and have found it to be awesome. Tipard is constantly improving and adding newer features, making user experience extremely pleasant.

I must also add that their Customer Support is highly responsive and honestly tries to resolve your queries

I bought the software and it's very good and fast. I'm satisfied with it. Thank you. I hope you make other good software as well.

Vor Wochen bis heute mehrmals Tipard (wenden sie sich bitte an den support von tipard) angeschrieben. Überhaupt keine Antwort bekommen.
Haben aber mein Geld kassiert. Das nenne ich Kundenservice.
Ich kann nur abraten irgendeinen Artikel bei Tipard zu bestellen. Diese Firma kann man vergessen und ich werde sie auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

My problem with reactivating the license due to an SSD replacement was resolved promptly and worked without any issues.
Since my request ended up in the spam folder, it took a little longer...

When I inquired about moving the software to another PC, Irene replied right away with the solution, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick reply.

I had a problem with my computer and as a result I could not use a program of tipard anymore. I asked if they could help me with resetting the software and they did so. They also acted the same day so that I could go on with my work..thank you for the support and communication

Acheté il y a quelques années, logiciel que j'utilise de temps en temps pour transférer des DVD sur mon smartphone. Suite à un changement d'ordinateur, la licence ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai contacté le support, et j'ai eu très vite une réponse et une solution, qui me convient.

I purchased a Lifetime subscription to Tipard Blu-ray Converter on 2025-07-28 for $75.00 U.S. I have my license number and receipt. The software worked for 3 months, then it was updated and will no longer work. It took quite a while to straighten this issue out, but to Tipard Studio's credit, they did finally fix the issue.

I purchased a lifetime license for Tipard Video Convertor Ultimate and I am very pleased with this product. I've heard from people I know that other products from the Tipard company are just as wonderful. I had very little experience with the support team, but it was enough to understand that this is an excellent team that responds very quickly and solves problems very professionally. Thanks to Tipard company for excellent products and the support team for their responsiveness and professionalism.
