Very good service. I bought a new computer and my account didn't work no more. After a mail they reset my account and now everything is working again.

As others have said, very unethical, profit-focused company. Software did not work. Wasted days. Had a dealine. I emailed them. Had I waited for their delayed reply, I would have missed my deadline. Bought a different company's software, which worked perfectly. Requested refund. They want you to waste further time testing their software for them to "prove" it's not working. Unacceptable. Do NOT purchase. We don't need companies like this in operation.

First of all, their free trial wasn’t helpful at all. I purchased this software in hopes of recovering a single file which was really important to me. The name of the file was visible but the “preview wasn’t available” on their free trial. I purchased and downloaded my file and it was corrupted, even when I downloaded it in a different place. It never opened and my money went to waste. Now that I am asking for a refund because they clearly stated that there was a 7-day money back guarantee if their software didn’t work, they are very noncompliant. They have a horrible customer service and they are not providing a refund when their software doesn't work! All of my money went to waste!

I asked for a refund because they didn't explain that their deep scan functionality worked only for rooted phones. They say that they write this before the paying but this info popped up only after I payed and tried the function. I gotta be honest at least they replied but I didn't get a refund. I'm sorry that I have to leave a negative review but I didn't have a great time and I was disappointing with the product.

Misleading Success Rate

Promised a 100% success rate, but after purchasing lifetime license, the software failed to recover my ipad. I followed all instructions and contacted support, eventually I got refund. Very disappointed at first and told them to review again.

Habe den android FRP unlocker erworben. Habe versucht bei meinem Handy Samsung A14 die FRP Sperrezu umgehen. Die Software hat 51€ gekostet, wohl gemerkt im Angebot. Hab die herkömliche angebotene Prozedur benutzt, hat nicht funktioniert. Hab den Exclusive Model Bypass versucht, der zeigte mir das es erfolgreich war. War es aber nicht. Hab die Software reklamiert und die weigerten sich mir das Geld zurück zu geben. Schreiben ich soll die Exclusive Model Bypass Option probieren. Sie sagten die Log Datei zeigt, das die Prozedur erfolgreich war. Ich habe aber Exclusive Model Bypass Option probiert. Das sieht ihr Log nicht aber das es erfolgreich war das sieht er? Wie kann das sein? Dann haben die mir noch angeboten eine andere Software, welche besser funktionieren soll zu kaufen. Das ist ein Betrügerladen. Kauft da nichts.

What is great about this product, is you can tailor your backup to the data you truly want saved. It seems to be a much more thorough data backup, certainly a more flexible system than what I seem to get with Apple. It takes a bit of time (using USC Cable via USB port). I have not had to use any of the backups yet, so I cannot comment on this aspect.

I purchased the apeaksoft iphone transfer software to transfer music files from my laptop to my phone so that I could hear my favorite tunes wherever I go. It always works. A few times I've had to replace my laptop hard drive for different reasons, which made the software inoperable. But whenever I contacted the company for help in enabling the app again, they always provided the assistance needed and I'm a happy camper.

The company helped much tó overcome problems.

One star – only because zero isn’t an option.

I purchased this software specifically to transfer contacts from one phone to another. After buying a licence to access the full features, I downloaded and installed it, ensuring my computer met all system requirements. Despite this, the software simply will not open.

Since the day of purchase (27 February 2025), I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. Their only response has been to request a video showing the issue. I sent a video clearly demonstrating that the software won’t open, yet they continue to dismiss my concerns. When I asked for a refund or to cancel my subscription, I was referred to a third party—who has yet to respond.

The lack of support and accountability is extremely disappointing. I expected a functional product and basic customer service. Instead, I’ve received neither. Absolutely unacceptable.

Whenever I needed the help of apeaksoft team, they contacted me very quickly and always helped me solve the problem I had. Recently, I changed computers and while I had installed the program on 3 computers for life, on the new computer the program, considering it to be the 4th computer, did not run. I contacted the team electronically and they activated the entry key, so the problem was fixed. Even though it was Christmas Day!!! I am very happy! I recommend this copying program to everyone!

Responded promptly to my request for re-setting my serial number so I could install my phone transfer app on my new PC.

I have used Apeaksoft Screen Recorder for a number of years with good results. It has become my go-to software for most things that I need to do quickly and efficiently. For some reason (various software updates, whether app, driver, or OS) my Ipevo Do-Cam was not being recognised. I contacted Apeaksoft support and after a couple of questions and sending the log file, less than 48 hours later I had a Beta update which solved the problem. There are few companies which I have dealt with who are this responsive and quick with a fix to a problem. Apeaksoft are to be commended.

I bought their discounted one-month subscription, to remove mdm from an ipad I got from flea market. At beginning, the software hung at 20%, then asked retry. this repeated multiple times. I emailed apeaksoft support team with this issue and its log. They responded quickly, asked to wait. then 2-3 days later they sent me another download link. I tried, voila! mdm removed successfully! I'm happy with this purchase, and intend to explore its other functions.

I bought the Apeaksoft unlocker program/software to erase mobile device management from my locked phone.
Initially the program was not working and I sent an e-mail and explained the problem and I got an instant reaction, that they would get back with a solution as soon as possible. After a day I received a solution mail with a link to use. Unfortunately the solution was not working. The problem was send to an engineer and it appeared that is was a flashing error and I needed to download a specific version of iTunes. The link to this version was included in the mail.
Now it worked and MDM was removed from my phone
Even for a Kay user like me it was easy to do!
They put a lot of effort into solving the problem in a reasonable time frame.
