Been ordering from this company for several years now and I am pleased with the amount of updates and responsiveness that I have experienced when reaching out for support. Also it's a great value for the amount of money they charge for the programs. I will be buying from them again and telling anyone I know about my experience.

I like the AnyMP4 a lot and I use it to play my Blu-Ray discs. I do screen capture as well so I can say that the only problem is that those programs don’t seem to work if the player is in full screen. I hope that issue can be fixed in the future. I haven’t used many different capture products so have to try more of course. Maybe some others do capture the full screen correctly.

Another player I have used to capture DVDs from does work perfectly in full screen so there are some compatibility issues for sure for screen captures.

The most important feature for me is the player itself.

This company was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my problems. I bought a new computer and the representative was very knowledgeable in getting AnyMP4 registered on my new machine. I have never had a company technician respond as fast as AnyMP4. Other companies were always delayed by 3-4 days. Thank you AnyMP4 for your quick assistance.

Scam: Tricked me into a subscription I didn't want or need. I bought a product and got a "free" subscription that automatically turned into paid.

I purchased two AnyMP4 software through two separate orders: AnyMP4 All-in-One Bundle and
AnyMP4 Video Converter Ultimate.
After reinstalling Windows 11 on my devices, I was unable to reactivate the software. The program displays the error: “Registration code has already been used.
Error Code: 4104.” These licences were working perfectly before the OS reinstallation.
I contacted AnyMP4 support multiple times, but received no response for over a week.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as I am unable to use legitimately purchased software and cannot obtain assistance from customer support. Unfortunately, it is not the first time I have a problem with them :-( Recommendation: stay away from them...

I love the easiness of using AnyMp4 since 2014. The bonus is their great customer services via online and email. I've changed laptops many a time over the years and they always update my code to access my account to keep it all in line. Highly recommended.

My Windows 11 PC has crashed. No file recall or what so ever was possible. The only thing i can do is format the drive, and install Windows 11 again. So i did.
On the newly installed Windows 11, and new installed ANYMP4 Converter Ultimate V8.6.12 i wanted to install the software again, and use the last key from my account.But if i wanted to activate the software again, i get the following message (registration code is already used).This is normal, because i had installed it on the crashed drive. Of course i can not remove it first…
The people from ANYMP4 have reset it, and i filled it in on the newly installed PC, and it worked !

Purchased my license for AnyMP4 for its flexibility in recording and features. I was having a problem with audio and my Apple earbuds, so I contacted them. They were prompt, and with my log and error descriptions, within a day updated their software so it works great for me! Love this product!

First, I bought Anymp4-Blu-ray Creator, and it worked perfectly for creating a Blu-ray disc. Later, I needed to burn a DVD, but I couldn't do it with that program, so I bought Anymp4DVDCreator. With this one, I found that I could burn both DVDs and Blu-rays, so I didn't need the first one. I contacted their customer service, and they offered me another program for free. I chose the Anymp4 Converter.
Their responses were always quick and friendly. I recommend all their products and highly value their kind and prompt service.

Recently I had purchased and registered AnyMP4 DVDRipper. A program that does exactly what I expect from it.
However, I hadn't yet made a backup of my PC... And when Windows crashed, I was forced to reinstall the program.
But... when entering the registration number, it was rejected! It had already been registered...
An email to the helpdesk asking what was going on was answered almost immediately, and they had reset my registration code so that I could use it again.
Re-entering the code was then no longer a problem at all and I could enjoy the excellent program again!
So I am extremely satisfied with both the program and the support.
And yes... now I have made a backup...
I haven't yet tested whether restoring from a backup also causes the problem of the program saying it's already registered...
But the excellent helpdesk provides reassurance.

Recent, was unable to activate my AnyMp4 softwares that I have bought, contacted the customer service, they reply quickly and teach me how to activate my softwares, they are legit, trustworthy and AnyMp4 is my favourite video software as I have use it many years for my dvd and bluray purposes... :)

Durch mein rechtswissenschaftlichen Studium weiß ich, dass dies rechtswidrig ist und auf mehreren Ebenen anfechtbar. Leider habe ich keine Rechtsschutzversicherung um die Arschlöchern anzuzeigen.

Program exactly what i was looking for, use my computer to mirtor to tv with A bluray player attached, allows me to open chapters to decide which to play, no other bluray player me to do this

I had some trouble registering the AnyMP4 software on my new PC at first, but thanks to the excellent support team, the issue was quickly resolved and the software was successfully activated.
I use AnyMP4 to convert all my music DVDs to MP4, because modern PCs no longer support DVD playback. In this regard, AnyMP4 is an excellent replacement. The conversion process is smooth, and the quality of the converted DVD videos in MP4 format is outstanding.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the software and the helpful customer support.
