They do have a problem with size measurements its not correct and that’s would let me skip many items because I wouldn’t be sure of size and its final sale no return so be sure of the brands measurements

First time order for 3 items. 2 of them shipped quickly. But!!! the last item (SOIA & KYO SAUNDRA-NFS JACKET - WOMEN'S) which is the most expensive one (+ tax around CAD 400), it never comes!! I got an email said it was waiting for the carrier to pick up, but after 2 weeks still no update on shipment status. No one reply on facebook or email, what happen to this company? I even asked Attitude, their partner company but no help. How can I get my money or product back??? So frustrating. The shipment is not fulfilled but they already deducted money from me and said the order is fulfilled on my account page. My last time is NEVER fulfilled yet...

I've ordered from The Last Hunt a lot. For the most part, the orders have been accurate however, when I questioned the product not being as advertised, I never heard back. For my last order, I ordered and paid for two water bottles and only received one. I emailed and posted on Shopify regarding the missing product and have not heard back.
Good Place for Discount Sport Clothes
I've been ordering from The Last Hunt on and off for 2-3 years now and have always had a positive experience. They generally have my size in the items I'm interested in (not always, but that's the way it goes on discount sites) and they tend to ship quickly. I usually receive my orders within 2-3 days of ordering. I had one issue recently, where the dress I ordered wasn't the one that I received. In fact, it looked nothing like it. I had ordered a black Ripcurl dress an received a flowery thing in a different style than what was on the web site. Upon checking the dress style and description, there was no discrepancy so my best guess is that there was an inventory issue. In any case, I sent an email to customer service and I received a reply a few days later asking for a photo of the tag and dress. After sending that over, I was sent an RMA number so that I could return the dress. Easy and no hassles.

I recently received my latest and what will be my last order from The Last Hunt. My previous 6 orders were fine. This time I received a pair of size 5 Hoka sneakers when I ordered10.5 !! I received my invoice before the order was fulfilled and immediately saw that it said Hoka 5 not 10.5. and tried to contact them to no avail. I have sent many emails and have never received a response. Do not order from them unless you are ok with them making an expensive error and you losing your money. They will not answer you even if they are the ones that made the mistake. Guess I’m lucky I didn’t lose more money than I did.

They are con artists & will rob you of your hard earned cash - send you products that you didn’t order - wrong size - wrong item - falsely advertised- imperfect merchandise. When you try to contact them, to say “Hey - you sent me the wrong order.” They will ghost you & you will never be able to get a refund or your money back.
Please listen — do NOT give these losers any more business. They are a fraud!

False Advertising and Refused to Correct the Matter
I purchased a backpack because the item description specifically said it included a custom fitted rain cover. The item arrived without. It took 3 week for customer service to tell me they would make an exception for me (as though I was requesting extraordinary treatment by simply hoping they'd send me the product as advertised) and could return the item. Or that I could buy the rain cover at 15% off. Or they would provide a 10% discount which was far less of a discount than what the backpack would have cost me 2 weeks ago had they responded to my emails in a timely manner. Making more money on an error they made.... I always say, a company is great until you have an issue. Then you learn what kind of company they are. Based on this experience I will never shop here or at their sister company Altitude Sports again.

I’d avoid ordering from the last hunt. They’re legit and send what you order, however, my last shipment had damaged product and after trying 3 times to email them they have not responded at all. So, not such a great deal when I can’t use what I bought. Terrible customer service. Update June 24: they got back to me and are refunding the purchase. I’m updating the stars

I couldn't have been happier with my first order (a Patagonia down filled jacket. It was exactly as described and shipped very quickly.
My more recent order, however, is a very different story. I was sent an email confirmation with tracking information and happily awaited the arrival of my purchase. Fast forward a couple of weeks and no sign of a package so I clicked on the tracking info link. Two surprises. 1 - it was being shipped from France and 2 - no tracking history suggesting that it's never been shipped.
3 emails and several Facebook messages haven't elicited any kind of response. It seems my only option is to open a PayPal dispute. I'd give them zero stars if i could.

Beware E-commerce Sales customer service is non-existant. Was sent 3 damaged items due to poor shipment packaging. Inquired 3 times over email over 2 weeks and still ZERO response. I have purchased before without issues but this is unacceptable thelasthunt
Dont trust bad reviews, Do your research
I've been ordering off thelasthunt for 2 years and have zero complaints. I've saved thousands of dollars gearing up for alpining and kayak expeditions.
Tips: Research exactly what you want, read reviews online (did the manufacturer discontinue the item for a reason? Then don't buy it cheap from the sale site and expect to return it!) ... If possible, go try on the item at a box store and then order it from the site.
You have to watch the sales, be on the site frequently to catch the new gear, and know exactly what you're buying, but if you do your homework, it's worth it. I've been caught twice with a brand that I usually order that had weird fitting pants, but I went and tried them in store after and they were just weird fit. Not knock offs as so many claim.
If you're a diligent shopper who can read fine print, and fill out your shipping address properly, you'll love this site.
Terrible customer service
the products are great, they dont sell knockoffs contrary to what people say. The problem is their totally inexistant customer service. There's no phone number, forget about emails, since they NEVER reply . They can be reached through Messenger on their Facebook page but it's an automated robot that will reply and it's completly useless.

I was sent damaged goods and dealing with their administration was a nightmare. The no return policy means that even if they are in error you will pay more in effort than any discount is worth! Never again for me the passive aggressive attitude was sickening.
Run in the other direction...
If you see a deal on The Last Hunt, run in the other direction. Customer service only exists to tell you that they won't help you. I used their size chart and it pointed me to a size, which I was pretty confident about. The garment is too big. Now I am out $300 and stuck with something I can't wear.

I bought some Keen boots for more than 60% off the regular price. One of the boots had an issue so I emailed them. I got a reply back and was able to return them. I ordered another pair and had no issues. I feel bad for anyone that had issues with the company but they were amazing to me. I have nothing bad to say about them and I'll definitely shop with them again. Communication was fine and so was my refund. In order for a return or refund there has to be a defect. They state this on their site

I purchased a Helly Hanson jacket for my husband in XL which is the size I always purchase for him... and yes I have purchased Helly Hanson before I used to own a ski shop and carried their line. This coat fits more like an XXXL and they refuse to exchange it. I am beyond furious! I am a business owner and understand there are two sides to a story but this is simply not standing behind their products and service. Awful customer service.
