Altitude Sports is a great store with a wide selection of unique products and excellent prices. However, it would be even better if you offered a full range of sizes and provided more detailed product descriptions.

Altitude sport is the best in every aspect! Fast delivery, exceptional customer service and fast return and refund.

I’ve ordered from Altitude for years now. All my prior experiences were good, that being said I never needed to deal with customer service before now. I order from their site (from a “brand partner” meaning marketplace style purchase- I understand that that doesn’t mean it’s necessarily their fault, but they are choosing to represent this company on their website and to handle the customer service regarding it), the items came, and although I had measured everything prior, the fit wasn’t quite right. I returned it within the 30 day window and was told that from a marketplace vendor it would be 7 to 10 business days before I got a refund. As soon as I sent my package off to be returned, I ordered a different size. The different size came. It was correct, but there was pieces of it missing. I contacted customer support who said they reached out to the marketplace company and they would hear back and have a resolution within a few days. Fast-forward 2 full weeks, and I still don’t have an answer and I’m still being fed the same line of we’ll know within a few days. Meanwhile, 12 business days had passed since my return had arrived back to the shipper facility. I ended up having to contact customer support again to inquire as to my refund. I did finally receive it about two days after I contacted them. As for the right size product that was missing pieces, I finally gave up after getting the runaround for what ended up being 16 day and I have now returned it. I do hope that my refund does not take as long and I don’t have to chase it down. An excellent company as long as there’s no issues with anything.

I ordered jeans that are severely overpriced for the quality. Even on sale for $240, they are absolutely NOT worth the money. The denim is surprisingly thin, and the colour looks NOTHING like the pictures. They look faded and washed out, as if they’ve already been washed multiple times. The quality is nowhere near what you would expect at this price point. Frankly, it’s ridiculous!

To make matters worse, I ordered size 27 and received size 28. How does a company manage to get something as basic as the size wrong?

The delivery experience was equally frustrating. The shipping company they use offers no proper tracking, and although the package was supposed to arrive on a specific day, it never showed up. There was no way to track it or find out what was happening. It eventually arrived the following day.

And here's another concern: I tried to post a one-star review on the company's website, but my review doesn't appear. It makes me question whether negative reviews are being filtered out while only positive reviews are displayed. If customers can't share honest feedback, how can anyone trust the reviews on this website?

Overall, this has been an absolutely disappointing experience. The jeans look nothing like the advertised pictures, the material feels cheap, the wrong size was sent, and the delivery service was bad. Even at $240 on sale, these jeans are nowhere near worth the price. If I had seen them in person, I would NEVER have bought them. I expected much better quality and service, and I certainly won't be recommending them!

Amazing service and friendly support staff to assist you with any problem. Altitude is probably the best store in Canada for any outdoor gear. Have been a member with them for years and only have great things to say about the company.

Twice I've ordered something from them in the last 3 months. The first one a $500 purchase and the second a $200. But times the delivery company gave me a horrible experience. The fist purchase was lost and then 3 delivery attempts, at least on their systems. I have video footage that shows nobody showed up. The second purchase says it was 'Delivered'! When I was home and again no video footage of a delivery truck, It's been 3 days and I have to phone them to find out whats happening ... again !.... complete scam company ... STAY AWAY AND GO TO LEGITIMATE STORES. THERE IS A REASON EVERYTHING IS CHEAPER !!!!!!

The pricings and shipping are great. The customer service is exceptional. I will definitely shop at Altitude again.

I ordered the RoundTrip Snowboard and Ski Boot Backpack 60L, and while the product is excellent, Altitude Sports’ customer service is what made me write this review.

My first shipment went missing in transit and the carrier never delivered it. That’s usually the start of a long, frustrating process of being bounced between the store and the shipping company. Not here. Ryan and Farzana took ownership of the problem right away, kept me informed, and made sure I got my order. They didn’t blame the carrier or ask me to chase anyone down, even though the carrier caused the problem. They simply made it right.

Ryan and Farzana, thank you. Your service was exemplary, and it’s the reason I’ll keep shopping at Altitude Sports and recommending them to anyone who skis or rides.

I did not like the delivery. Instead of sending packages with no quick delivery why not just ipchargr customers with 2 day expedited shipping. My package took well over a week, ended up being delivered to the wrong address and finally thru my own efforts made it to me. I wont be buying from altitude sports unless the above is addressed.
