I was sent damaged goods and dealing with their administration was a nightmare. The no return policy means that even if they are in error you will pay more in effort than any discount is worth! Never again for me the passive aggressive attitude was sickening.

If you see a deal on The Last Hunt, run in the other direction. Customer service only exists to tell you that they won't help you. I used their size chart and it pointed me to a size, which I was pretty confident about. The garment is too big. Now I am out $300 and stuck with something I can't wear.

I bought some Keen boots for more than 60% off the regular price. One of the boots had an issue so I emailed them. I got a reply back and was able to return them. I ordered another pair and had no issues. I feel bad for anyone that had issues with the company but they were amazing to me. I have nothing bad to say about them and I'll definitely shop with them again. Communication was fine and so was my refund. In order for a return or refund there has to be a defect. They state this on their site

ZERO Stars. Product is not as described and cheap condition. There is basically no customer service. This company is complete garbage. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from here.

I purchased a Helly Hanson jacket for my husband in XL which is the size I always purchase for him... and yes I have purchased Helly Hanson before I used to own a ski shop and carried their line. This coat fits more like an XXXL and they refuse to exchange it. I am beyond furious! I am a business owner and understand there are two sides to a story but this is simply not standing behind their products and service. Awful customer service.

It’s been 3 weeks and haven’t received my order . Garbage custumer service . I do not recommend this company , not even to my enemies.

The company sold me a defective jacket where the zipper is very hard to zip and doesn't remain closed and now are threatening to use my payment method to charge me more in unauthorized transactions to send it back to me if I send back the defective model to them. Avoid buying from these scammers standing behind shoddy customer service and a "small employee base" to buy anything from them no matter the price.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from The Last Hunt. My first purchase and I was hoodwinked. Almost as bad as those fraudulent phone calls people get. I bought two pairs of pants that were clearly two different greens on the website - a sage green and a taupe green. Too bad I didn't screenshot my order because they switched the wording. Then they sent me two pairs of the same pants. However, they removed the original tag and replaced it with a typed one of their own with a completely different green but they were the exact same pants!! They re-labeled the second pair as a beech green. The manufacturer doesn't even sell a beech green. I've emailed them to correct their duplicity and I got a cut and paste email with their no return policy. Now I know why they have a no return policy. They change your order in order to make a sale. The discounts are not that great so they must be desperate for sales if they're doing this to their customers. I won't be purchasing from them again. I'll keep the one pair as they're correct but I just want to return the ones with the fake tag. Isn't that some sort of fraud? My e-receipt clearly shows the two different greens. Very unethical and unprofessional.

I have bought from this website on two occasions and both times I have been sent a defective product. Now on my 2nd round if returns it has been 9 days since I contacted them and no resolution. I received an email after 6 days offering 10% off to keep the defective product (no thanks, I would rater a quality product than $4.50 off something that has already torn open) I replied on the same day and now they are just not responding at all. Pretty sure they sell quality rejects like TJ Maxx or winners. These guys are garbage, best to avoid purchasing with them.

I order from The Last Hunt all the time and consistently am amazed by how fast my orders come and how much $ I save on previous years gear. I live in BC and I believe their products come from Quebec as they are the discount site for Altitude Sports and as soon as they ship it is usually 1-2 days until they are on my doorstep. I have never had a bad experience with them.

I received exactly what I purchased. I had both purchases shipped within a few business days from the day I ordered it. I didn’t even choose/pay express shipping. I had it shipped here to Toronto by FedEx during these holidays.

I paid for express shipping to arrive in, they shipped this order regularly 😡😡😡

I needed a pair of nice gloves for winter. Found a pair at The Last hunt by Auclair. Limited sizes but they had my size. The gloves were from $150 to $65 plus shipping. I made the purchase on Saturday Dec 18 and today Dec 22 I have them (I'm in Toronto). I received EXACTLY what I purchased and it made it me in a couple of days the week before Christmas. Yes there are no returns here as the stock is highly discounted. There is transparency and pop up windows appear throughout the purchase process. If you didn't see them, well I don't know what to say to you other than you need to pay attention to what you are doing...... I will be buying more from The Last Hunt in the future. I am happy!!!!

I've ordered from here several times since 2019 and it's always been great. My last order took quite a few days longer to ship and I was concerned so I sent an email. Their website says they will answer questions rapidly but the auto-reply message said they would respond within 5 days which is far from rapid. That's when I checked here and a few other sites and was so surprised that they had such a low rating. Thankfully, they did get back to me. I emailed on December 1st and they replied in December 5th to say they had higher than usual sales and my order would ship soon. It did and everything with it is great. I guess I am deducting a star because clearly they need to do better with this many complaints.

I placed an order on November 26,2021 during their Black Friday promotion. Got a little delay on shipping my package on December 6,2021 and received package from FedEx on December 12,2021. Everything is well packed and exactly what I expected. Thanks Last Hunt!

Placed an order in November . Never received shipping or product it’s now 3+ weeks still don’t have it. They ignore emails and messages. Will have to open up a case to get money returned. The worst customer service. Second time placing an order both times have had problems and never ended up getting my product

I have to say that it took about 3 orders for my spouse and I to get swindled by this company. (I realize now that those previous ok orders were pure luck.) My most recent order will be the definite LAST. Their customer service is practically non-existent and super horrible. If you're looking for a modern-day company that has no chat support and no phone support, and has only super crappy email support that states that it takes 5 days (or more!) for a reply, then you found the right place! I ordered an item that never arrived. I received no response to my emails, and had to call the phone number on my credit card bill - but it does not even connect to them! (Isn't this illegal??) Calling that number only got one of my emails answered faster (finally), and then what ensued was just the company pointing the finger at the delivery company as the reason why my item didn't get to me. They gave me the name of 2 different shipping companies (HUH?) - and unbeknownst to TLH I contacted them both directly - one didn't have any info and the other confirmed that TLH never had the package ready for them to pick up. I asked THL to just ship out a new item, but they refused and offered a refund - which never even came! I went to my bank instead and opened a dispute with them. My bank issued me a refund in 2 days, and now TLH has a dispute (over $200 PLUS the dispute fees!) against them that they cannot possibly win because I never received my item. PLEASE EVERYONE - STOP WASTING TIME DEALING WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY, AND JUST OPEN A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK. Companies like this REALLY need to take the hit and hopefully get closed down due to the amount of these complaints!! More power to the people!

Ordered next day delivery never received merchandise. (was for my son's first ski outing) emailed, callled and got an answering machine ( really?) status of order always at ready for pick up and even boxknight carrier wont respond. I have been ordering online for years and never encountered such crappy service. These guys dont deserve to be out there. I succesfully contested the charge with my cc after one week of radio silence. Good riddance.

This has got to the worst experience and stressful shopping experience of my life. My orders keep getting cancelled, when I email or Davood message no answer. It has been days and the items in my cart are all sold out now. How can anyone treat their customers like this and stay in business???

Ordered a Rossignol ski jacket and never received the item so I contacted customer service and an agent named Mimi gave me the run around saying due to COVID there is no proof of delivery and therefore no refund can be issued. Basically you can spend money and never receive the item and they couldn't care less! Will NEVER order from them again! After reading multiple reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one that shares the same opinion as me in terms of their customer service! Awful experience!
