After reading reviews, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing there, but decided to give it a shot and wow! The purchase was very easy and it came in 2 days even though I chose standard delivery! There was no defect and it was high quality. I suppose people do not read thoroughly enough and have a bad experience after. For example, that it's final sale and to make sure you check the sizing of the item before ordering. Overall, a great experience for myself.

This company is deceitful. Do not leave your choices in your cart for more than one hour. They know about it and will raise the prices when you are ready to check out!

1 star on Better Business Bureau (stealing from so many) Very fraudulent store, complete thieves. Sent me wrong item for a 300$ purchase! No possibility of contact them, they do not respond. They do not allow reviews. Surprising for a Canadian online store, how shameful 🙁

3 out of 4 items came way too large, so I nicely asked them for an exchange and they answered « sorry, we don’t do exchanges ». Well f*** you, mail exchanges (and even refunds) are the Norm for internet purchases, since you can’t try it beforehand. So never again The Last Hunt, I’ll go for any other online store…

1- Impossible de se faire rembourser
2- Font trainé le processus de recherche du colis en longeur;
3- Vous répondent qu'ils ne savent pas ou est le colis ou
ne réponde pas aux messages

La Dernière Chasse et Expedigo sont vraiment faient l'un pour l'autre, des incompétents avec des imbéciles!

À éviter. Ils vendent des restants des années passées. Vêtements boudés, souvent mal confectionnés, grandeurs surdimensionnées, prix gonflés, couleurs douteuses. Aucun retour possible et en plus la livraison est fait par Intelcom... une compagnie de cabochons comme l'est la dernière chasse... Ils laissent des colis devant des blocs ou dans les entrées de blocs sans sécurité. Résultat: haute chance de vol et la compagnie se détache de toute responsabilités. Belle gang de crosseurs! J'ai déjà commandé des Converse pour ma blonde et ils sont arrivées tachées. Ça a toute prix pour recevoir un rabais de 7$ dessus. Je me questionne aussi à savoir s'ils ne passent pas de la fausse marque... Plus jamais! J'ai perdu 120$ dans cette histoire. Mais je vais faire annuler la transaction par Visa! Vous aurez été prévenus...

Bought a few items from this company, and everything always was good. Few sleeping bags, backpacks etc.
They have incredible deals and discounts.

I think the majority of negative comments are related to the size/return policy. People simply order stuff without checking size or order a few items to return later (like they can do on other websites).

Last Hunt gives such deals simply because they operate on very thin margins, and that's why they can't afford returns or cancellations.

Just do your homework - check sizes & descriptions properly and you can get an incredible deal!

I bought a pair of Adidas Ultraboost 22 running shoe. They fit like they are a size 10 and not a size 9 and you cant return or exchange....
What a horrible policy to have as an online market place.
First and Last time I give you my money. The best part I work in a manufacturing plant with over 6000 employees and I have already posted on our internal system to avoid this retailer.

Was sent the wrong size in the item (a hat) I ordered large and they sent small. Their first response was sorry no returns and something about it is my responsibility in sizing. So it a no…and they are probably hoping they’re done with me. So for the second time, I send the Pictures again and it goes to the third person. Then I have to pay the shipping back and some other king will decide if I get reimbursed. Ya….kick them to the curb after 15 years of dealing with them. They lost a good honest customer.

Buyer beware!!! Make sure you read their nonexistent refund or cancelation policies before you buy!! Will not cancelation my order, will not refund my order. Have had to resort to filing a dispute with my bank.

Like so many have said they have 0 customer service and will not let you leave a negative review. They will not stand by there return policy.I purchased this jacket PARSM SKI TOURING JACKET - MEN'S listed as a winter jacket but would not be warm enough for a cool summer day...only a small bit on the front is insulated. I purchaced it for the +5 to -10 temperature range that is stated in the description. Was planning to use for skiing and summer mountain pack trips. A thin shell like that would never work for that temp range even with my best fleece underneath There return policy states "The only reason you can return an item, is if it is defective or does not match its description on the website"

Good deal on my running and cycling gear. Great prices on some discontinued items and models. Did my research and knew that it was a final sale and made sure I read enough reviews to order the appropriate sizes. Looks like those who sent negative reviews did not do their homework first. The terms of service were clearly stated. There was no problems from ordering and shipping. My order came on time and in good order.

Somehow have almost 5 star reviews on their google reviews. However, I believe this is from their main store. These guys sell broken, damaged products acting like you get a deal. I received winter boots that need re stitched as they are falling apart. These clowns offered me a 10% discount. Probably won’t even cover me the tailor costs. They don’t do any quality control. Then they act like it’s such an amazing deal that they don’t need to fix their mistakes . Nope. Not how it works. Looks good on paper but honestly don’t bother. Customer support as well as product is complete trash.

La compagnie de livraison avec qui the last hunt fait affaire a livré mon colis à la mauvaise adresse en me fournissant une preuve photo de leur erreur.
Après avoir transféré les preuves de l’erreur de livraison à TLH, leur agent me répond « Nous avons confirmé que le colis a été livré à votre adresse au bon endroit. » … 😒

Mais bon, si je me fie aux autres avis sur le Web j’ai été chanceuse d’avoir une réponse, et ce, malgré leur manque de respect!

Sizing charts are way off. No way to exchange items. Bought gloves in which my hand does not fit inside eventhough I ordered one size larger than fitting suggestion. Order only if you don't mind gambling your money away.

I have ordered a pair a boots in size 11 1/2 45 men's... the sent me a cheaper model and size 46 without notice ! I have sent several emails ... they don't reply to emails. Please read other comments ... its seems they do that quite often ! Last hunt.... last in customer service !!

Excellent prices. Genuine brand new product. Super fast delivery. Just know your size or order up a size for kids. NO RETURNS.

Received product with defect with hard seam on the sole which do doesn't make possible for use it

I have received only 3 out of the 4 items I ordered.
I've emailed and tweeted with no response.
I am so furious - at this point, I just want a refund bc the item I ordered would be for my son to wear in this weather.
I have contacted the better business bureau and CBC marketplace to conduct an investigation.
