The Hearing Clinic UK Anmeldelser

Stephen has seen me a couple of times at the Stirling branch, and I always leave absolutely amazed with his care. Not only is he very knowledgeable, patient and listens to everything you have to say without making you feel rushed - but he is just one of the nicest healthcare professionals I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.

My left ear had become completely blocked, and Tony quickly and gently sorted it out with microsuction. He took time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole process was professional, friendly, and very competent. Such a relief to hear clearly again — thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable and personal service. Came away understanding more about my ear health and how to manage as a menopausal woman.

Very informative, efficient and friendly. I felt at ease and confident that my hearing could be improved with the right hearing aids.

A quick booking service and a well
explained and informative process together with a video to show the inside of my ears before treatment
A carefully managed treatment with just mild discomfort.
Tony was careful and professional throughout, again showing me a video of the final result.
A complimentary hearing test completed the appointment.

Managed to get an appointment on the day having pretty much lost my hearing altogether in both ears. Even got a hearing test after having had my ears cleaned out!

Jo was both professional and understanding. She took so much trouble to get my microsuction right, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. I now have a much better understanding of my ears and of how to prevent wax building up in future.

Fantastic appointment today with Jo! She was so friendly and explained everything during the appointment!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!!

I highly recommend the hearing clinic at Harrogate. I was on holiday at the time but managed to get an appointment after suffering muddled hearing for a few weeks. I have had my ears syringed in the past but never micro suctioned, which turned out to be a painless procedure. Great to see the before and after pictures on screen and then a hearing test at the end.
Great service

Your colleague was patient and eager to explain in detail what he was doing during the procedure. He answered all my questions.

I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. From my very first visit, the care and attention I’ve received has been second to none. A special mention must go to Claire Baker at the Glasgow clinic whose professionalism, patience, and genuine care have made a huge difference to me. She always takes the time to explain things clearly, makes sure I’m comfortable with every step of the process, and goes above and beyond to get the best results.

This is my third set of hearing aids that I’ve purchased from them — something I wouldn’t do if I didn’t have complete trust in both the technology and the people supporting me. Each time, Claire has guided me towards the right choice for my needs, and the improvement in my everyday life has been remarkable.

I’d also like to mention the reception staff, who are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at ease and well looked after.

If you’re considering hearing care, this is absolutely the place to go

Very caring with my mother who has alzheimers and explained every stage of what was happening in an easy understandable way

Tony was very informative and helped me understand my ear problems. I would recommend the practice. Thanks

I cant fault the hearing clinic. They made me feel at ease and relaxed from start to finish. Very informative and kept me updated throughout the process. I become very anxious about having my ears vacumed but coming to the Hearing Clinic they make me feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you for being so professional. I would highly recommend.

Appointment easy to book. Good private parking at Harrogate branch.
Joanne very professional and talked me through each stage of the process.
Great service and highly recommended.

Easy to book an appointment and very welcoming. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was made to feel very comfortable. Will definitely follow advice given and return as needed.

Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of pictures before and after. Highly recommended.

Attended the clinic for earwax removal and hearing test. I thought Tony was very professional and was very thorough in explaining the procedure and the results from the test. I would recommend the Harrogate Hearing Clinic.
