As members of my family had been using the Hearing Health Hub (HHH) for treatment over a number of years I had no hesitation in booking an appointment there when my original hearing aids were out of warranty and needed replacing. We did not discover the HHH until I had purchased aids from one of the major 'high street' chains so I have had experience of using a nationwide company and am therefore in a position to state how much better it is to use an independent provider for personal service. The HHH is one such provider and the audiologist Rahim, who I booked with, was very knowledgeable,  professional and caring in his approach to my needs. I now have new hearing aids which give me total confidence after the comprehensive service provided by Rahim. 

I would highly recommend the HHH to anybody with any hearing issues, however small, as from my families experience they really care about people and personally I look forward to them supporting my hearing issues for many years to come.

Rahim offers a really good personal service, so much more relaxing and reassuring than the larger providers. He is very patient and gives you plenty of time and attention. I felt really valued as a customer in his excellent consulting room.

Rahim was so kind and professional. I was very anxious but it was completely unnecessary and he explained everything to me and made me feel much better about being a hearing aid user.

Very happy with the procedure. Rahim explained everything clearly, patiently answered all my questions and performed the procedure with great care. With the aid of a small camera and monitor he was able to show me the build up of wax in both ears prior to removal, and the clear passage following the procedure. Couldn’t believe what was removed and how much clearer my hearing is now 😊

I couldn’t praise Rahim highly enough and wish I’d visited with my niggly ear problem much sooner. He was very professional and reassuring and zoned straight in on what the problem was. He suggested an over-the-counter remedy that is working already. Great personal service at very reasonable cost and in a great location with a bit of history too..

This was our first experience at the Hearing health hub and must say what an excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional calm and reassuring service from Rahim. My son was a little nervous but was made to feel at ease from the get go. Premises was beautiful and service outstanding. Will be returning for the wax removal service next time when needed. Rest assured you will be in good hands for all things ear related couldn’t recommend enough.

This was my first visit, and Rahim made every effort to ensure it was a positive experience. Having first discussed my symptoms and concerns, I had an opportunity to see that both ears were clear and healthy via the on screen images. After that Rahim carried out a hearing test, and then gave an excellent explanation of the results and recommended options.

Great relief after half an hour of the treatment. Timely and quick treatment with ongoing explanations. Definitely recommendable.

Rahim managed to squeeze me in on the same day that I enquired about an appointment, he (& his beautiful dog Millie) welcomed me with a friendly face and fantastic service.
