Not the first time that I have attended Hitchin Hearing Clinic.

Highly professional, thorough and caring service

A thorough first year service done very professionally.

Travelled down from Darlington for the weekend and forgot my hearing aid charger, called in and spoke to Louise who was very helpful, offered to charge my hearing aids whistle I went for a coffee, called back an hour later and collected them, thank you Louise you definitely saved the day, would highly recommend this store, great service and super friendly

The welcoming was as usual very warm and friendly. The appointment was again right on time.
Everything was explained succinctly so I was able to understand everything.

Had my regular ear wax removal appointment which has proved to be highly beneficial, followed by a hearing test. It was very thorough and informative.
It is a very relaxed environment and all the staff are so friendly.

Great environment. Tricia explained everything and was very meticulous. Answered all my questions and explained my results. I look forward to getting my hearing aids and hopefully enables me to get involved with conversations with my fiends and family without background noise overtaking things.

What I am paying for is expertise, competence, experience and flexibility. This is exactly what I get. I recently upgraded my hearing aids to the latest specification. By demonstration, therefore, I am a return customer. I think this says it all.
