We were fortunate enough to deal with Claire, their audiologist, who was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to answer every question professionally and patiently, explained the fitting process clearly, and made us feel completely confident about our purchase.

The hearing aids arrived promptly, professionally programmed to my mother's hearing test results, with everything needed to get started. The difference was remarkable! Within minutes of wearing them, my mother could hear conversations clearly, to the point where she was asking us to lower our voices! Seeing her so happy was priceless.

What really impressed me, however, was the aftercare. When my mother mentioned that the receiver wires felt slightly short, I contacted Claire. Without hesitation, she arranged for longer replacements to be sent to us and even provided an instructional video showing how to fit them. They arrived, I fitted them myself, and my mother is now even more comfortable.

I was quoted £2795 by boots for the exact same hearing aid I purchased from Wholesale Hearing for under £1000!! It arrived quickly, preprogrammed, I initially had issues with squealing, they arranged an online consultation with one of their audiologists who re-programmed the hearing aid remotely, amazing!! 10 out of 10 from me, exceptional service and value. Just goes to show high street vendors are ripping people off.
