Tenancy Cleaner Anmeldelser

Bianca was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she arrived, she was organised, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything I needed was taken care of. She went above and beyond in every way, and the difference she made to the property is incredible — it looks and smells even better than when we first moved in.
Her efficiency, professionalism, and polite manner made the whole experience effortless and reassuring. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better service or a kinder person to carry it out. Bianca is a credit to her team, and I’m so grateful for the care she put into her work.

Worst experience ever. We booked them for a deep cleaning of our new place and an end of tenancy cleaning of our current flat. They have not cleaned anything. I sent photos showing all the issues, and instead of acknowledging the problems, they offered to rebook a cleaning with the same team, which is completely unfair and puts the customer in an uncomfortable position. I clearly expressed my concerns, but they were not addressed at all. Please be careful — they also ask for payment in advance.

Flat is all super clean and shiny! The ladies were super nice and cleaned the flat very thoroughly!

Jose and Vanya left our flat absolutely spotless, such easy communication, very professional and an incredible clean! Thank you both very much

They were early, they had great personalities but most importantly they knew their stuff about cleaning. The previous occupants had left the place a complete mess, the oven didn’t look salvageable. However, when the team finished, you could see your reflection. Definitely will use them again.

Stay away, it's a scam!!
Absolutely a vivid example of overselling and seriously underperforming.

There are many legit agency, pick anyone else!!

Good communication and easy booking service.
Prompt and effective service.

Easy to quote and book. Pricing was competitive and the quality of the work was spot on. Couldn't fault how clean the place was.

Team Tendai did a great job cleaning my house to a good standard

Good all round. Missed a couple surfaces.

The two ladies who cleaned our property were very professional and friendly. They did a good job, and I would definitely recommend Tenancy Cleaners. The booking process was straightforward, and the entire customer service experience was seamless.

The cleaners were lovely and quick. The house was so clean afterwards - especially the oven. It was sparkling! Thanks so much

Great job, very thorough. Would highly recommend

Team Kevin (The ladies) done a fantastic job the property were moving in to was very filthy I have ocd the ladies have made the moving transition much more less stressful for our family.. Thank you again Team Kevin :)

Great experience with Team John. Property was cleaned to the highest standard and I couldn’t be more pleased with it ! Thank you so much. Highly reccomend.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS - do not ignore the bad reviews. Having now looked at reviews on here and google, I believe that the majority of their 5 star ones are fake/bots.
The worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had - they left damage, they were rude and the room was in worse condition than it previously was. Paid over £200 for a service that actively damaged the property. Avoid at all costs. A number of previous clients are looking to pursue legal action together.

2 people came and cleaned the 1 bed apartment in approx 3.5 hours. Professional and standard cleaning to the point

I genuinely don't know where to begin. We are absolutely devastated and incredibly disappointed with the service we received.
We booked an End of Tenancy Clean because our property was being prepared for the final tenancy inspection. We specifically chose a professional company because we wanted the property to be left to a high standard and expected the quality that was advertised.
Unfortunately, the result was nowhere near what had been promised.
After the initial clean, we contacted the company with a detailed list of the issues we had found. We were assured everything would be rectified, and a cleaner returned the following day specifically to address our concerns.
This is the standard we were left with after the second clean.
The windows were still covered in smears and streaks, making them look worse than before they were cleaned. Even more concerning, we personally witnessed the cleaner using a metal scraper directly on the glass, and the windows have been left with visible scratches and permanent damage. We are shocked that a professional cleaning company would use a metal scraper on glass in this way.
There was still dust and heavy cobwebs around radiators, pipework, skirting boards and behind fixtures. The radiator valves and surrounding areas remained dusty and untouched. Window frames and corners still contained dirt and cobwebs. The sink waste still contained debris. Throughout the property there were numerous areas that had clearly not been cleaned to a professional end of tenancy standard.
What makes this even more frustrating is that, despite paying over £220 for a professional end of tenancy deep clean, we still had to spend two full days cleaning the property ourselves so that it would be ready for the final inspection. We simply had no choice. The windows, which the company failed to clean properly on two separate visits, took just the two of us around 30 minutes to clean to a spotless finish. We genuinely do not understand why this proved to be such a problem for a professional cleaning company. Sadly, although we were able to remove all of the smears ourselves, the scratches caused by the metal scraper are permanent and cannot be undone.
What is most upsetting is that we paid for a professional service to help ensure our tenancy ended smoothly. Instead, we have been left worrying about our tenancy deposit, as this property was prepared for the final inspection based on the standard of cleaning provided by this company. We honestly have no idea what to expect regarding the return of our deposit.
Rather than giving us peace of mind during an already stressful move, this experience caused us even more stress, additional expense, and two extra days of hard work.
We rarely leave negative reviews, but we feel other customers deserve to know what happened. We gave this company every opportunity to put things right, yet after two visits we were still left with poor cleaning, visible dust, cobwebs, dirty windows and permanently damaged glass.
We are honestly shocked, deeply disappointed and completely at a loss for words. This is not the standard of workmanship anyone should expect from a professional end of tenancy cleaning company. Based on our experience, we simply cannot recommend their services.

The best cleaning company - I highly recommend 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
You will not be disappointed- the office team are so professional from start to finish and the cleaning team arrived on time, were super polite and professional and their work first class - I will most definitely be recommending your services to all my family and friends thank you 🤩

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The flat was left dirty, unclean and the end of tenancy clean was rejected by the property so we had to pay for a clean all over again. We cited clear photo evidence and the report with all the issues and they said that 'dust, cobwebs, drip marks, finger prints, dirt, unclean floors' in the kitchen and bathroom were beyond their cope of work and just wear and tear. Don't book unless you want to get ripped off!
