Ismail´s Team was Excellent
did a fantastic job
will recommend them !

Moji and team did a great job on our end of tenancy clean. Communication before the clean was fantastic via WhatsApp with Darya. Moji’s team showed up on the day, blitzed the house and left it spotless.

I’m very happy with the tenancy cleaning service. Moji and team was professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the process. They did a great job cleaning the property and paid attention to the details, leaving everything clean, fresh, and tidy, team worked efficiently to ensure the property was ready for handover

Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend their service and Moji & team to anyone looking for reliable end-of-tenancy cleaning!

The cleaners (Nesh team) arrived promptly and did a thorough deep clean of my property to leave it looking its best in years. The house is sparkling and smells wonderful. A hard working team who were very respectful of the property. Happy to recommend.

I hired this company for a full end-of-tenancy clean, and their work was an absolute joke. My letting agency failed the property so badly that they actually thought the flat hadn't been cleaned at all, stating it wasn't even up to a basic domestic standard.
The agency's checkout report highlighted horrific misses across every single room, including:
• Bathrooms: Heavily stained toilets, heavy limescale on the kitchen sink/shower glass, and thick dust on all mirrors and vent caps.
• Kitchen: Heavy grease build-up left on the hob, a dirty washing machine seal full of hair/confetti, and thick soap build-up in the drawer.
• General Areas: All skirting boards were left thick with dust, floors were uncleaned, heavy dirt marks were left on the balcony glass, and trash/debris (including broken balloon pieces) was left completely untouched under the beds.
Because their initial work was so incredibly substandard, the agency flatly refused to let them back into the property to fix it. The agency had to hire their own contractors, and I am now stuck with a £444 penalty charge for a full re-clean. I made a complain and all they could do was a refund of 10% only.
If you are a tenant trying to get your deposit back, do not trust this company. They will take your money, leave the place filthy, and cost you hundreds of pounds in landlord penalties. Absolute scam of a service.

Abiola and his team did a brilliant job within a very small time frame. Would definitely recommend.

Moji and his team were amazing! They made the place spotless, were very friendly and professional and would definitely use them again. They work to exceptional standards and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner. Didn’t take long to clean at all either! They brought all their own equipment too and the booking process overall was very smooth

Highly recommended for the professional end of tenancy cleaning. I had very good experience with them from the beginning of getting quotation, to the appointment booking and the cleaning process. I am very pleased with the professional high standard if Moji’s team delivered and with their prompt responses. Highly recommended!

Moji’s team came to clean at my property and they did an amazing job. You can tell they are hard working guys. They were efficient and gave great attention to detail. They were kind, trustworthy and just lovely people. If you book with this service, request Moji teams. They won’t let you down!

I contacted Tenancy Cleaning to aid with a house with years of clutter, neglect and hoarding. Nech’s team attended a day earlier than quoted and were fantastic! They went above and beyond in helping to clear the property and remained very professional throughout. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend Nech’s team enough! Very happy with the service provided. Thank you!

Great experience with Robert and his colleague.
I was very happy when I saw the pictures of the beautiful clean property. It was an end of tenancy job and there was a lot of work to be done.
There were 7 of us living in the property, and I was delighted with the results.
A job well done!

Excellent customer experience. I have used them twice and they are extremely professional.

Really pleased with my experience with Tenancy.Cleaning. The whole process was straightforward and professional, with clear communication throughout. The service was well organised and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would happily recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!

This company is an utter scam. We paid for an end-of-tenancy cleaning which wasn't completed to any sort of standard, and also paid for furniture to be cut up and removed from the property. The furniture was left on top of an already full skip that was not connected to the company. We asked for a reclean and for the furniture to be removed from the skip, which was stressful to organise, and upon 'the team' returning to the property, they said they were unaware of the requests and would only remove the furniture or do the reclean. They said they should be able to use the skip if it was there; however, the skip should have been collected and therefore not available anyhow. They were there for 20 minutes, wiped 1 skirting board and then left again. They took only some of the furniture and left the rest on the front lawn, promising to return later that day (this happened this morning, and I am doubtful they will return). I have written to the complaints team demanding my money back. I am also going to Trading Standards about this complete farce of a company. Do not go near them!

I can honestly say i had a great experience from Christos.
He was polite and made sure he checked everything with me prior to leaving.

He arrived promtly at 9am and remopped the floor after our inspection.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish.
Easy booking experience. Swift, friendly response to questions.

Ali and his team did a great job. They did an end of tenancy cleaning, left the place sparkling. Absolutely recommended!

Hello
I'm sending you this message to let you know am not happy with your service. I have sent you guys text messages no response. I fill the survey but can’t submit it.

Firstly it was the time that keeps changing from 9am to pass 3pm.

The apartment i paid you guys to clean wasn’t cleaned at all. so many things were omitted and some not properly cleaned. 2 kitchen cabinets was omitting and the stove wasn't cleaned properly even the kitchen sink. I paid for 5 curtains to be cleaned just 4 was cleaned, how's it that's fair

Now I had to get cleaning supplies to do it myself after paying that much and i still lost part of my deposit because it came back a domestic cleaning meanwhile i paid professional to do the job.

It’s just so sad

Lovely cleaners, house was sparklingly clean afterwards.

We moved into our new place and it needed a proper cleaning, the booking experience through the website was seamless and quick. Moji’s team came to the place and did a very good job. The guys were extremely nice and made sure we checked everything was taken care of the right way. I would recommend the service and especially Moji’s team.
