Rude & pushy, don't trust
I left my details online & had a call back from Alison within 3 seconds. A very pushy, aggressive & rude woman who wouldn't accept that I didn't want to sign up immediately even though I explained that I had to give 30 days notice to my current broadband provider. She focused on 2 deals that were obviously offering her the greatest commission & failed to mention the 3 that I had found earlier on another comparison site. In the end I had to put the phone down because she kept repeating "what is stopping you from signing up" a known aggressive sales tactic from the old timeshare scripts. I wouldn't trust this company with my bank details & won't ever be using them again.

The salesman must have known that the service he promised wasn't achievable...
I was fairly confident that there was no alternative to my existing broadband but asked anyway and was given absolute assurance that I would get a much better and far cheaper service. When the engineer arrived he said "you do realise that this broadband will be REALLY slow, don't you?"... the switch "expert" had moved me from full fibre to edsl.... when I had specifically checked that the new package was fibre and faster. Luckily I had not cancelled my existing contract. Strangely, Switch "experts" are not now returning my calls... they just say it's with a manager... appalling service, with zero point for anyone, just a waste for all concerned!

Rude customer agent, Shamus. 5 attempted calls in a hand of hours, when you mention the number of calls "If you picked up the phone we would not be calling", should be sacked from his job, and if that is the attitude of the company no wonder there are more bad reviews.

Not good I'm afraid
Not good I'm afraid. I found Switch Experts as part of my research into an alternative broadband provider now that our ridiculously expensive BT contract is up for renewal. A call handler I think called Joel answered and immediately started by calling me 'mate' with every breath (I'm 60, I am not his mate). He gave me some prices, but when I said fine, can I discuss with my wife and agree a package, he then became quite aggressive and pushy, wanting to wrap it all up there and then. He wouldn't even countenance me calling them back tomorrow! 'It's real time mate', he said (raising his voice quite aggressively), 'why call if you're not gonna buy now mate?'. I just listened to him in disbelief, then hung up. If he'd been a bit more patient and not so pushy, I may well have proceeded, but not now.

I worked for these people they have recently opened a call center in south africa they are called Intelling Sa Ltd in the UK known as Intelling Ltd which is a group that owns multiple companies they have branches in India kolkata Google it if you must
Do not ever take anything from these people I use to work for these peoplethey treat you badly
We have people who work hard for commission just for it get taken away because of greediness they find every way possible to take your money awake after working long hours
Management who treat you like dirt who do not know how too speak to you
All the way from the top to the bottom
They put people in positions who do not know what the hell they are doing
Looks like employees need to suck ass to get into a position or get commission
Please people do not i repeat this again do not take anything or trust these people
