SO BAD EXPERIENCE….
We had such a bad experience with the service. We were contacted by an agent- Daniel, who was rude and impolite to us. The reason why we gave enquiry is to knw about products and offers and not to buy any yet. This agent was forcing us to buy an product and replied to us “if you are not buying why did you enquiry with us”. He did not let us to discuss the details with my family and get back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The company will lose its credibility with such agents.

Don't know what they are doing
I was trying to find the best deal for changing broadband provider. Their website told me several were available after I put in my postcode. Then when they phoned me back they told me that no provider other than my present one - Plusnet - was available. Weirdly, 2 minutes after the first call from them I got a second. The man reassured me that the information I had received was correct. Ten minutes later I got confirmation from Sky that they could provide broadband. So it seems these guys don't know what they are doing

Rude sales person
I made an enquiry online and got a call from one of the sales reps who rushed everything and pressured me into giving away my bank details for a direct debit while I know it may be necessary but I politely said I will get back to them as I wasn’t ready as of yet and wasn’t feeling very well and he kept pressuring me to continue no respect whatsoever and in the end told me that I had wasted his time! So much for salesmanship

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE SCAMMERS
I worked for this company for just over a month August to September and for personal health reasons i left. I have still not received wages which was due on the 15th September and they have even told HMRC they have paid me so i cannot receive Universal Credit, the stress and trouble this has caused me is unbelievable, THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN. I have gone to ACAS and am persuing a tribunal.

Absolute disgusting company.
Absolute disgusting company.
I worked for them in the period of August up until 9th october. No money from them since 15th September. Tryed to communicate with them as they ow me my wage, been blocked and ignored by all responsible I will be going to a solicitor and I will get my money, my friend who worked for them as well told HMRC they paid him and it's been 3 months and hes recieved nothing. Dont work for this company DONT EVEN TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will be taken to court and if I have my way they wont be a company for long I have 4 kids and they have put us in hardship.

Switch Experts renege on their commitment
Switch Experts promised to cancel the auto renewal on previous provider when switching to new provider, through them. This didn't happen and previous provider got debt collectors involved. When I involved CISAS, Switch Experts would not (have not) been in contact to resolve. Appalling aftercare especially when they make mistakes.

I made an online broadband enquiry. The person who phoned gave me a quote and continued to ask me questions. He then confirmed that the contract would be in the post with a cooling off period etc. He had automatically assumed that I would go ahead although at no time had I given any indication of this.
Be very careful - they operate a very sharp hard sale operation.

Total waste of time
Total waste of time. Wanting to switch to broadband without using a landline. Person I spoke to started talking about running a copper wire from a green cabinet to my home.
When I explained the cabinet was half a mile away, and the wire would have to cross a main road, he put the phone down! Not impressed.

I took out a plan with Switch experts
I took out a plan with Switch experts. I was told my new router would arrive on Thursday and to choose a time slot 8-1 or 1-6.
I chose the first one stayed in all morning waiting and at 2pm rang them only to be td oh you need to call the company who you are moving over to as we sent details over....when I then called the company there is nothing on the system for a delivery today.
Also told me we DON'T need to return any of the old equipment which the provider says is untrue as we need to send everything back in the self addressed pack they send us.
FELT THEY JUST OFFER A GOOD SERVICE TO GET CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE CUSTOMER AND BANK DETAILS THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED STAY AWAY.

Looking to change my broadband as BT…
Looking to change my broadband as BT have hiked up prices so thought I would try these first . Left all details on their enquiry website and they called back promptly next day. Was surprised that they asked me all the same questions but went along with it. Asked if they had my email address in case I was called away and they advised me they don’t communicate by email. I said I would sign up to a deal without the opportunity to review the proposal on email and they promptly hung up!!!

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. They were not honest about my monthly cost of broadband, did not tell me about one off charges and did not cancel my other broadband which they advised they’d do. After multiple phone calls, I still don’t have a revised bill with £180 of charges after the first month and I’m still being charged by my original broadband company. AVOID.
