STOREX Anmeldelser

The whole process was easy and Gavin has been very helpful

I have been very happy with the units at Watford and really easy to access. Bena and the staff are all really friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend 5*

From booking the storage unit to actually storing the items on the 10th October the system is very good and easy to use Gavin from the Loughton Storex was particularly helpful.

We chose Storex because it was close to home and very clean. The app made using the facility very easy and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great experience for the few months we needed the storage and remain happy with our choice.

Everyone is very helpful. I needed to downsize and it was a very simple process.
The security system is excellent.
No out units.

Clean with good security. Helpful staff, competitive prices

Great and helpful staff

Really pleased with my stay at storex, very easy to use, great location, staff very helpful, would definitely recommend-

Decent Prices - Sam from the cricklewood location helped me settle in the items nearing closing time so I greatly appreciated that

That’s really nice place for storage helpful staff and lovely management pretty clean.

Was really easy to use a great price raj and aaron explained everything i would definately recommend this company, my only fault with it was the insurance was high and you could not go lower than 3k nothing in my unit was worth that much 1k option would of been good for me

We rented a storage unit while having building work done on our house. Everything works via their app - car park entry, lift, opening the unit. The app works very well but it all feels a bit spooky when there’s no one around. The unit was modern, clean and dry and just what we needed. When I needed to talk to someone on the phone, they were always helpful. Price reasonable, especially the introductory offer.

Very good storage rental. Much needed when my business was fraudulently stolen at the end of last year and I didn’t want the person who had obtained my lease dishonesty getting the contents of the venue as well. Managed to rent a Storex unit on New Years Eve! Three months reduced rent was a great bonus too. The people on the desk (thanks Gavin) are always helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storex to friends and family.

Amazing customer service and very nice facility. Would highly recommend this company and specials Loughton facility.

Great facility, amazing staff. Found exactly the storage space I needed. Highly recommended!

Great locations and experience, sometimes the location wouldn't work with the elevator so could make the elevator access slow (would eventually work though). I was unaware that my size rental had limited access hours and was surprised I couldn't access my unit outside of business hours but if you are more aware than I then it shouldn't be an issue. Great experience overall.

That’s a great stuff

It was my Sister who sent me the link to register with STOREX in Cricklewood. I'm pleased to say the staff who work their are honest, polite and helpful and also at times when possible they have gone above and beyond to help me when needed. For example the first Unit I was storing my personal belongings in after roughly a month their was a technical issue with the alignment of the lock, which was frustrating and inconvenient. But I informed George and he reported and raised this problem on my behalf the technical problem with the alignment of the lock. Another example of George going above and beyond for me was when he helped me to move my personal belongings from my old unit to my new Unit. The new unit was bigger. Also last weekend Rianne the Deputy Manager had helped me to Reset my new password on my STOREX app, which makes life much easier when I need to get access in to my new Unit space. I feel generally the service I am and have been receiving is amazing. Over all I feel the staff are kind, genuine, understanding as well as helpful and supportive. As a customer I'm receiving a very good service.

Thank you to all the staff for their continued kindness, help and support to the Cricklewood Team at STOREX.

Kind Regards,
Krishna Chauhan
