Said you would call me. Called me and then no one spoke. However they did call me later and were quite helpful

Not Good!
The whole experience was far from satisfactory. My call was disconnected twice and no one tried to reconnect. I was desperate for help: the only saving grace, actually being able to hear a human voice. However, I am still trying to obtain some help with my change of suppliers.

Bad manners
Called to say I wasn’t ready to switch just yet and the person on the other end of the call cut me off mid sentence whilst trying to explain … Bad manners and just plain rude.

So simple…
It was so simple and relaxed as you waited for them to call, they explained everything after providing the best speed and plan for you. Then you receive your router within a couple of days.

I didn't get any offers or deals shown me. Just asked for all my contact details, I imagine now I'll be bombarded with junk mail. No point whatsoever using this company. Waste of time. I'll stick with uSwitch.

Googled and found Switch Experts and really pleased
I Googled and found Switch Experts and looked at their site and made an enquiry. I was contacted by phone with minuets by a very helpful and very knowledgeable person. I was talked through the very best deals that would suit my requirements. I decided to go with Virgin Medea and everything was organised right there and then - it was just so easy!
