The customer service advisor was very understanding of my needs today. It wasn't too difficult to get through on the phone. I prefer telephone communication rather than making appointments on line so I appreciate that there is an option to do this.

They were very helpful and quick to answer when I called to report a fault. I’m only rating 4 stars instead of 5 because I now need to wait for the maintenance team to contact me to arrange a time to visit. It would have been better if I could get everything sorted on one call (e.g. if the customer service team had access to the maintenance team’s calendar and could book visits on their behalf)
