Vita line really poor quality
Vita line really poor quality, either construction or materials or both. Out of 10 rads I am on my second now that has dumped its contents on the floor due to internal failure. Long warranty does not help with the thousands of pounds of water damage done to wooden floors. Treat as a consumable, like the wiper blades on your car.

Good morning. We are truly sorry for the severe damage and frustration caused by these radiator failures. This is absolutely not the standard of quality we expect from our Vita line.
If there is a quality issue with any of our radiators we can bring this in for testing. If you want to arrange for a radiator/s to be brought in for testing, please send an email to stelraddirect@stelrad.com and one of our team can go through to warranty claim process

Good customer service
Brought a bathroom radiator from this company and unfortunately it came damaged. The box looked like it had been dropped and when opened one side was damaged. The lady who we spoke to was great and offered us a replace or as was the case with mine I just needed a few replacement clips to fix the damage. Good customer service very helpful.

Damaged radiator and poor refund service
Radiators came on time, however one of them was damaged, also error made by myself ordering wrong type. Was told it wouldn't be an issue to replace, but I would have to get the damaged/wrong radiators uplifted and order three more new radiators. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting on the refund being credited to my account.

Stelrad are good quality, a UK business, and it was easy to order directly from them directly. The delivery guys were really helpful which was a definite plus, given they were delivering us 5 heavy radiators.
