Brian helped us out when we were stuck with a van we couldn’t live with and made sure the next van we bought was road worthy and fit for purpose,all the jobs we needed doing were done and we were very happy with the van when it arrived ,we also found Gary the delivery driver really helpful and a pleasure to deal with ,also the reception staff who man the phones were friendly and helpfull.we would not think twice about recommending the Warwick branch of Spinneys to our friends and would definitely go back again in the future

Many thanks to the whole team at Spinney Warwickshire after part exchanging our motorhome.
Any questions or queries we had were answered quickly and the few questions and concerns we had on pick up day were sorted without question.
Thanks go to Alan Blair who dealt with our sale and spent a great deal of time answering our questions and also Alan Rumney for the professional handover of our motorhome. He also was on hand till we finally left.
Cian for escorting us from the camspite to the dealership too and i think it was Mark who sorted our tyres and the last few niggles.
Great service, can do attitude from everyone we dealt with and would have liked to mention them all by name but there was lots going on.
I would not hesitate to use this branch at all in the future and would recommend them fully.

Excellent service when we came to purchase caravan but on collection there were some things that hadn't been completed. Alde heating fluid was just being changed, and also as we came to leave the motor mover was not working. We had to wait for quite awhile so someone could sort it. Credit due it was repaired, perhaps could make sure that these things are checked for other buyers. Brian Shanley excellent Sales manager but all staff were always polite etc to us. Given that we had travelled 2 hours down the motorway and still had same journey back.

We’re sorry, however, that the collection did not go as smoothly as it should have. We appreciate that, having travelled two hours to collect your caravan, having to wait while the Alde heating fluid was being changed and then experiencing an issue with the motor mover was frustrating, particularly with another two-hour journey ahead of you.
We’re glad that our team was able to resolve the motor mover issue before you left, but we completely understand your point that these items should ideally have been checked and completed before collection. We’ll ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant team as a reminder of the importance of completing and checking all outstanding work ahead of customer collections.

The Rose's Experience
Our welcome when we arrived at the business each time was polite and courteous. We were treated with respect. Your salesman, Colin, was extremely knowledgeable about the caravan we were looking at and was clear about everything involved. When we went to collect the caravan, he greeted us by name.
The handover, dealt with by Dave, was excellent as he explained everything to us clearly and in detail. He spoke to both my wife and myself, rather than just me and treated us as equals. It was the longest handover we have ever had for any of the caravans we have purchased from Spinney and White Arches in the last 10 years.
The young lady on Service Reception was also polite and friendly, as were the ladies in the cafeteria.

Excellent spinney
Initial experience at Spinney was very good made to feel welcome looking around the fantastic Motorhomes and caravans on sale.
Sales people are not at all pushy they let you explore the vehicles and are very knowledgeable if you need information or advice.
In our case we had been to Spinney on a couple of occasions and had been watching their website,when we came across a Motorhome we thought was ideal for us.
Brian Shanley was the salesman we dealt with who was able to answer all questions and also gave us some good ideas too,
We did a deal on the Motorhome which we were very pleased with and over the next couple of weeks Brian was also helpful getting the Motorhome serviced and sorting out having my tracker fitted all pretty seamless really.
Handover day came Gary knight was showing us around the Motorhome ,covered everything you would need to know made sure everything was perfect.
Overall my whole experience of Spinney was excellent.
Highly recommend.
