What great service we had from Mark Petty and Bev Gunn (Motorhome) and all of the staff at the Rushden branch of Spinney caravan and motorhomes. Everyone was so polite and friendly and happy to chat to us, after sales excellent and the handling of everything when we purchased our new motorhome. Myself and my husband have been to spinney on numerous occasions in which to purchase a caravan infact my husband's first caravan he brought from the eighties.we did shop around for a caravan recently and didn't see anything until we again went to spinney straight away theyd got what we wanted the layout and make of van and size.this particular caravan had just come in we we spoke to a lovely lady named Hannah she gave us the keys and straight away we fell in love with it.wr went home to think about options in where do we keep it, within couple of days we made our mind up lucky enough it was still available we wanted firstly see if we could get fiance.we went to see Barry who had our details within the hour we had call off finance saying looking promising can you just give us abit more time barry was chasing them up for us until we got an answer.superb service we then payed a deposit and were very happy.we did mention we hadn't got a car to tow it again we can sort it out the service from spinney is hand on heart amazing from service to sales to reception even valeter and accessory shop.we did change over on 9 th a day which was arranged and from minute we chose it and delivered was outstanding by everyone.we thank you all very much and will be back to upgrade thanks to Barry sales also tony faye in shop jeff valeter hannah sales and reception staff thanks again and more than happy with our purchase

AVOID - PROFIT BEFORE PEOPLE.
We purchased a motorhome from Spinney Cheshire in August, the Sales department were fantastic. However we have recently dropped it back off at their service centre due to have issues with the fridge and main door to be resolved under warranty.
The state the vehicle was returned to us in is completely unacceptable.
When we picked it up, the floor was left filthy, and the cab seats had clearly been moved and adjusted—to the extent that I couldn't even get back into the passenger seat without adjusting it first. Worse still, the panel directly behind the passenger seat was damaged while in their care.
When we brought this to their attention, management completely denied responsibility. Despite the obvious proof that staff had been working inside the cab, they claimed they hadn't been in that area at all and effectively called us liars. They are now refusing to take ownership simply because we didn't take pre-handover photos of every panel inside our vehicle.
We are really upset by the treatment and after a heart condition nearly took my life last year, we decided our motorhome dream would finally become a reality after working hard to save up, and to be treated this way is a disgrace.
Once they have your money, customer care drops to zero. Save yourself the stress and headache—avoid Spinney Cheshire.

We have discussed this matter with you directly and undertaken a review of the concerns raised. Following our investigation, we have been unable to establish that the damage to the panel was caused by our workshop whilst the vehicle was in our care. We appreciate that this is not the outcome you had hoped for; however, we must ensure that any conclusions regarding responsibility are based on the information available.
Notwithstanding our position, we offered to carry out a repair as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, this offer was declined.
We understand that your motorhome is important to you and that this situation has caused frustration. However, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that Spinney has refused to assist or has failed to consider your concerns. We have reviewed the matter and made a goodwill offer, despite not accepting responsibility for the alleged damage.
We remain committed to treating our customers fairly and addressing concerns wherever possible, and we are sorry that we have been unable to reach an outcome that meets your expectations.

Excellent experience with Spinney in Rushton
From the moment we entered the showroom at Spinney in Rushton we were greeted by a friendly polite Sales Executive named Connor who made us feel very welcome and at ease, unfortunately the Caravan we had gone to view had been sold that morning, so Connor suggested a walk around the yard talking about the various models, he was very knowledgeable but his passion was definitely a Swift, a beautiful Caravan there was absolutely nothing he didn't know about this make his enthusiasm was infectious and we decided it was just what we were looking for Connor saw us through the purchase with ease, constant communication with attention to every detail to completion and even came to wave us off as we drove off the forecourt, also shout out to Dave who did the handover which takes two hours also very pleasant and knowledgeable explains the workings of every aspect of the Caravan inside and out..all in all from start to finish the service with Spinney in Rushton has been an absolute delight and I would definitely recommend this showroom and its wonderful staff.

We purchased our Swift Conqueror 630…
We purchased our Swift Conqueror 630 from Spinney in Northamptonshire and our whole experience from looking around, speaking to James about purchasing the caravan and the after sales. Big shout out to Sue, she is lovely and so friendly. We had a few issues with our caravan as to be expected for a 2nd hand van, Sue was always so helpful and every issue we had has always been rectified. Spinney offer 12mths warranty which is really rare, and everything we needed looking at or replacing was covered and with no issue. We cannot recommend Spinney in Northamptonshire enough. They are absolutely great and have a brilliant range of stock.

First of all what an excellent company to deal with. Joe our sales person was so kind, respectfully and helpful. Everything he told us about was the truth. Nothing was to much trouble for him. And then it came to the hand over. When we purchased a caravan from Glossop caravan. There was no hand over or anything. Totally different with spinneys. Jason did our handover. Wow it was amazing he shown us everything working. Explain everything in great deal for my partner there was no rushing us and he was a real gentleman. I can honestly say Joe and Jason are a real credit to spinneys I will never go anywhere else to purchase caravan or motorhome. Just had my Bailey Endeavour habitation check undertaken. Staff in reception and Lee the techinician were all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Not cheap, but very good value and customer experience compared with other places I have been.

Having given a poor rating to this company after a disappointing used Motorhome test drive & presentation. I can honestly say that the service following the purchase has been First Class .The handover was the best that I have experienced over 50yrs of Motorhoming. After highlighting some initial problems on the vehicle the service that I have received has been excellent from Director Level to the Service Dept personal who were most welcoming and knowledgeable aalso the Service Technicians who rectified the faults experienced on this used Motorhome.
I am now a very satisfied customer

Brian helped us out when we were stuck with a van we couldn’t live with and made sure the next van we bought was road worthy and fit for purpose,all the jobs we needed doing were done and we were very happy with the van when it arrived ,we also found Gary the delivery driver really helpful and a pleasure to deal with ,also the reception staff who man the phones were friendly and helpfull.we would not think twice about recommending the Warwick branch of Spinneys to our friends and would definitely go back again in the future
