Got his mobile number so any issues just phone him. The sales team are excellent explained to us what sort of motorhome fitted our needs. If you are buying a motorhome please be assured the service you get from Marquis Motorhomes Preston is exceptionally. Good star 10 out 10 from me and my wife thank you so much

Not happy to start but putting the issue regarding the fitting of a new tracker on my Auto-Sleeper to one side, overall I am happy with the habitation service and customer service. Thanks for the courtesy Motorhome wash which is excellent and also the new coffee machine which is also excellent.

On NO account sign Marquis 'warranty/repair disclaimer, stating YOU agree they have more than ONE attempt to repair your vehicle because a 'repair is open'. This is sharp practice and an attempt to to get around the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in which THEY 'get only one attempt reasonable attempt to repair your vehicle'.
A thoroughly disingenuous practice one by Marquis which is not used by the majority of other motorhome providers and considered by many and unacceptable practice.

We brought our first caravan from Marquis’s Exeter branch in January 2026 and picked it up a month later after organising storage etc.
Having looked around on and off for a while, we had a fair idea of which caravan we would like having discussed our ideas at other dealers. We found a secondhand one on the Marquis website and asked if it could be brought down from another depot, as this was advertised on their site.
We dealt with Martin, who was very helpful in explaining things very well as we were newbies. After agreeing to buy the caravan Martin continued to give advice and guidance with a number of follow on questions.
We picked the caravan up a month later on my wife’s birthday and Martin had arranged a Happy Birthday sign and big bow on the front as a surprise for her - a lovely touch and on his day off. Leah took on the role of the handover and suggested we video her when she went through all the key elements of how everything worked. Afterwards we felt more confident that we would be fine on our future booked trips away.
Martin has continued to offer advice since the purchase, which was very useful in helping us to enjoy our first 3 trips away in our home from home.
We would thoroughly recommend the staff at their Exeter branch.

We purchased our 1st motorhome from Marquis Dinnington some 6yrs ago. As complete newbies we wanted to deal with an organisation that would help us thoughout the entire process of selection, advice & ongoing support and Marquis delivered.
Fast forward 6 yrs & we have just purchased another Mobilvetta motorhome from Marquis Dinnington. Great to see all the product improvements & better still the excellent continued service Marquis Dinnington offer.

Habitation service on my campervan at the Berkshire branch. Great from start to finish, very helpful and pleasant team who did a couple of small extra things I requested on top of the hab service, no trouble. Nice, warm, clean place to wait so I could work whilst the van was being done. No complaints at all.

I decided to buy a Adria from marquis Exeter I paid cash for this van initially things looked good.The day the van was delivered it was spotted by several people being dragged down the road at speed,then looking around the van found window seal not checked sealant missing at the front of the van but above all speaking to a young man about the side of wall unit grey paper on it explains to us it was packing,when we got the van into the pitch and removed it the veneer was missing, we rang them to get excuses and would we like fablon to cover it ????? No apologies,we will fix no just pushing us away DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM no better than second hand car dealer no customer service we are now seeking legal advice

We picked up our caravan today and couldn't praise Dawn at Birtley enough. From purshasing to collecting our caravan . Very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Our handover was good. Well explained etc. Left knowing if we have any questions they are just at the end if the phone to help. We'll done Marquis Birtley.

I'm just leaving this review now as a warning to people having damp repairs at Marquis Northampton.
They are the only Autotrail authorised repairer so you have to have the warranty work done there.
What they seem to operate is a very profitable business model whereby they get paid repeatedly for exactly the same repair year on year. In 4 years they did the same repair 3 times and today have we found out from a proper company that it is damp again in all the places Marquis did the repairs.
We are now out of warranty so can have the work done properly elsewhere but for which I now have to pay of course.
If you want botched repairs then go ahead, use Marquis. Never ever again for us!
Your comments seem to imply that bringing my van in for repeated repairs for free under warranty is no hassle for the customer which of course is nonsense.
At the end of the day you repaired the same spot 3 times and now it is damp again, we'll leave it for your customers to decide if they wish to use you as a repairer. BTW, we hope you've stopped pressure washing vans which introduced even more damp into our motorhome as per our email complaints to you.

Our motorhome recently went in for it's first habitation, some warranty work and a few other thing's at the Tewksburry Service Center. We were extremely happy with the service and work that Mark did on our motorhome - thank you. We were especially happy with the communication from Charlotte and Natalie who were both lovely and great with helping us and explaining everything, thank you both very much. Hopefully we will continue to have great service like this and we can continue to give them the credit that is due.

Marquis at Tewkesbury are most probably the worst dealers I have ever used, the after sales department are terrible except for the young girl that works downstairs. We’ve had no joy in getting sealant sorted and now they don’t even answer emails. In fact I have emailed Watchdog and hope enough people also report them. Disgraceful service

A walk through with the vehicle would have been very much appreciated. It was pointed out to me that there was a faulty part on the van and a replacement had been ordered. As my van was therefore not ready we agreed to postpone the handover until the repair was completed. The gentleman delivering the walk though was excellent and apologised with regards to the lack of a phone call to explain the van was not exactly ready. I paid £48 for a taxi home and then another £53 to return just over a week later. There was no further instruction other than being shown where the hand brake was located. The subsequent problem with said van will hopefully be rectified next week by another party. Thank you for your initial response to my review.
